I received a quick response day of requesting Backflow testing and was able to get it scheduled within 24 hours of inquiring. The service was able to be completed within 72 hours of requesting it and I did not need to be home for it which provided needed scheduling flexibility. The county forms were filled out and returned same day. This was the cheapest quote we received and it was definitely worth the money! read more

My backflow valve was broken this morning and the water was spraying out. I had to shut off my water. I called Tim around 9 am and he came to my house at 10 am as he promised. In about 30 minutes he fixed and tested the backflow assembly. My neighbor told me that he had the same excellent experience with Tim. Tim gurantees his repair for one year. I highly recommend Tim. read more

Updated review, but more of a PROPS to Tim for going above and beyond and helping us with our backflow! He came to our home as soon as he could (pretty late) since we had our water shut-off for the time being until our backflow was repaired. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. He was very professional, friendly, and reliable. Truly grateful for his kindness and honesty. Can't recommend him enough! Thank you TS Backflow! Another positive experience! read more

Backflow test. Professional, prompt, polite and reasonably priced. Will be using Tim every year for this service.

Huge shout-out to Tim Sheppard, owner of TS Backflow! Last night, the massive throng of Trick-or-Treaters damaged my backflow preventer and started spraying water out. I had to shut the water off to the house. No showers. No toilets. No morning coffee I frantically reached out to every backflow company I could find, but of course it's late on a holiday. Fortunately TS Backflow responded and was able to come out and fix it early today! Morning coffee was saved!! read more

Never left a review for a business but had to with the customer service experience I received from Tim. He kept me updated with his arrival and exceeded my expectations with his service.
