We have used My Georgetown Handyman several times and have always be delighted with their work…read more They do exceptional work, are thorough, the price is fair, and they are wonderful to work with. Most recently I called because our smoke detectors kept going off in the early morning hours (as smoke detectors always seem do). It was a Friday afternoon when I called, expecting to schedule something for next week. I talked to Lisa who arranged to have someone come over that afternoon so we "could get sleep over the weekend"! Amazing customer service. It turned out a number of them had to be rewired (they were so old), so both Lisa and Michael also showed up to help. We couldn't be happier with their work, their customer service, their reasonable prices, and how great they are to work with.

I hired NXT Construction to remodel my duplex in Copperas Cove, and the entire experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was told certain items were included in the project, but later almost everything became a "change order" or an upcharge. They're cheap. They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

When I believed I had all I could think of on my list, I called & they were able to come in about 2 weeks, which was over 2 months ago now. As I expected, they delivered beautifully. A friend told us she had a great guy who just did some work for her. We called and Eloy Gonzales inspected the damage, giving us an fair estimate. We decided on using vinyl plank. His crew came out and went to work repairing the hole in the wall, removing the ruined carpet, padding and old contractor short baseboard. Then they started on the floor. Amazingly they did the floor in the bedroom without moving the furniture out of the room. It was amazing. I did not think they could do it, but they did and it looks great. I am glad we picked them.
