Enjoying excellent sashimi and sushi while watching Super Bowl. Hanging with friends!

Highly recommend eating here! Food is super good. You can choose off the sushi menu or the bar food menu. Everything is delicious so I recommend ordering a few different items off both menus so you can sample how good the sushi and other food items are. There are also many beer taps here. Appreciate the fact that Angry Orchard is available from a dedicated tap. If you haven't ever ordered an Angry Orchard from a tap, you don't know what you are missing. Get the tall one! Love the atmosphere here too. So much fun! Relaxing place to hang for a while while eating delicious food. Staff is great! They treat customers like family and are attentive! Love, love, love eating here!

Where has this place been all of my life?! Just a little hole in the wall bar with cold beer and great food! Food was beyond incredible. We did the Appetizers Pringles and Jalapeños Pops and it was definitely worth the price! Buy one--Get one 50% doesn't disappoint! Best sushi I have ever tasted

Great sushi place if you are looking for the most basic rolls all the way to rolls that aren't offered widely on most sushi menus, five stars for the food! Monday night is buy one roll get one half off even on the special rolls! Three stars only because the takeout experience was less than stellar. We ordered right as they opened and when my husband got there they couldn't find the order, at that point the waiter said "oh it was on the other printer they didn't start making it yet" so my husband waited at the restaurant for almost 45 MORE minutes for the order to be made. There was no sorry, or any acknowledgment of the time wasted so that was disappointing. We will definitely try eat in next time but never again will do a pickup.

I'm afraid I didn't eat here, but I'll be back. Local sports bar feel. Random people came up to our table to introduce themselves on a weeknight. A woman at the bar had a three hour very emphatic conversation with whomever was next to her. Great people watching. I had a special valentines drink. Excellent. Service was very good. There is enough parking. Next time - sushi!

Ordered Hyde out through delivery! Absolutely amazed at how many different variety of food options they have. We got different sushi rolls, dry rub chicken and hot and spicy soup on one of the cold winter days in OH while we were there! I enjoyed the hot and sour soup a lot! The chicken and sushi were tasty as well. Definitely check this place out and you won't be disappointed with the number of food options they have and good quality of food they make!

The sushi smells fishy and old, some of the bartenders act like they are on hard drugs. Don't recommend.

We were in town for a wedding nearby and most of the family was staying at the hotel where the restaurant is located. Because most of the group was from out of town, everyone decided to eat at this restaurant located in the hotel to avoid transportation. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves with some other patrons at the bar. When our waitress brought just three menus for a party of seven and tossed a stack of Dollar store napkins in the middle of the table, with silverware on top, I should've known what was coming. The first three things I tried to order from the menu--soup of the day, chicken marsala, and broccoli--were all unavailable. Yes, three in a row! I finally ended up with a steak that I asked for medium, but it came out completely cooked through with no pink at all. Between the missing menu items, lackluster presentation, and poorly cooked food, the whole experience was a huge letdown. One thing they obviously had on hand was plenty of salt! I'm pretty sure we all consumed our limit of sodium for the week. One thing I can say is that all of the staff were extremely friendly and nice. I truly felt bad for our waitress. I gave the three stars based on the fact that the hotel uses the same area for breakfast and the server deserved five stars for breakfast. It was not a large buffet, but it was well presented and fresh (real scrambled eggs with cheese made on site which seems to be a rarity hotels these days).

It was ice cold and perfectly crafted. We were then sat at a booth where we enjoyed our meal. Two people in the group ordered steaks that were prepared exactly as ordered. I had the salmon grilled, and it was delicious! We also had wines by the glass and another perfectly crafted cocktail (French 75). Don't get me wrong: the food is fine (in the most mediocre sense). Full disclosure: We don't eat red meat, so I can't comment on their steaks, which is what the place is known for. This is a classic case of tradition masquerading as fine dining. There's no subtly or nuance to the cuisine. The oysters Rockefeller was overly sauced, and the salad was overdressed. My salmon was a bit overcooked, but the baked potato was very good. The dessert, a brownie with ice cream, ate like a Little Debbie squirted with Hershey chocolate sauce. I will say that our server was wonderful and was working very hard. The ambiance, however, was sad. We were seated in the bar area on very uncomfortable wooden benches. Honestly, it felt like a Cracker Barrel. At the bar was an obnoxiously loud man dropping F-bombs and saying homophobic things. He pretty much ruined any enjoyment we had a hope of having. Finally, Diamond Grille doesn't accept credit cards, which we knew, but again, our enjoyment was dampened by having to keep track of how much everything cost so we didn't spend more than the cash we had gotten out of the ATM on our way. The hostess told us they were planting their feet and never taking cards, and I just don't understand why, in the 21st century, a business would alienate customers like this. All in all, this place is resting on its past reputation, and in my opinion, it's unearned.

I've never been here before but I know it's a fairly popular place so I was quick to agree to the location. We originally sat at the bar but the stools were so incredibly uncomfortable, so we moved to a booth. While our server was nice, it did take her quite a while to come take our drink order. I got a "lavendar breeze" for my first drink and it was delicious. The menu is small, with the focus being on grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm not a huge grilled cheese lover, so I ordered a wedge salad (with house white French dressing) and the sauerkraut balls from the appetizer menu. The salad was on par with what you'd expect, the dressing was tasty. The sauerkraut balls, though, kind of threw me. First, it's a HUGE serving. There was around 30-40 sauerkraut balls in the basket; way more than I ever imagined would be in an order. I was expecting four or five golf ball sized balls. Maybe I've been spoiled by having some fantastic sauerkraut balls, but these were subpar, at best. They didn't have a lot of flavor and the cocktail sauce they served with them was an odd choice. While I still enjoyed time catching up with a friend and the drinks were well done, I doubt I'll come back for food. The menu just wasn't appealing to me and what I did have wasnt good enough to lure me back anytime soon.

Our group ended up ordering the Fried Calamari (a bit small of a portion) & Gyoza appetizers which were thoroughly liked by the group. For mains, we ordered a variety of sushi rolls, ramen, and noodle dishes. The Lo Mein style noodle dish had a very large portion and great flavor. The favorite sushi rolls were the Eel & Cucumber, Spicy Crab, and all Specialty rolls. All "spicy" sushi was rather mild. All presentation aspects exceeded my expectations!
