Love love love this hotel! It's in the middle of the city and close to everything. The people at the front desk are super friendly, and I was happy that they actually do have elevators. Our room was beautiful. It was nicely updated. We had 2 queen-size beds, and what I really enjoyed was that each room had a suite pad to interact and request items such as room service, robes, slippers, water, etc. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were too. I believe we had the handicap accessible room because there were no rails in the shower. I hung my towel on the white bar, and when I reached to get my towel, the bar fell down and onto my forehead. It caused a huge goose egg, but my son went downstairs for a bag of ice, and after about 30 minutes of icing my bump, it went down to a small bruise. The restaurant downstairs was great. The decor and lighting were beautiful, and the food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Again, I'm amazed by the hospitality we receive when we're here in Ireland. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I'm so glad we got to stay here for two nights. read more
