Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They serve free breakfast in the mornings with various selections like bagel, toast, cereal, oatmeal etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Been here many times in the past never any problem. First Post Covid Christmas vacation, this time around absolutely disgusting. First room we checked into, a pile of used towels and bath robe in the closet. Front desk service was good. Changed a new room for us, of the same floor (very thoughtful saving us the trouble of moving around with luggage's). Second room after we settled in, the following I found, didn't even have to look hard: 1)finally realize the thermostats is not working (and maintenance crew went home early due to Christmas Day. Unable to fix it so we were given extra blankets in case the room gets cold. They can only come the following day. 2)after taking a shower, one of the 3 towels on the rack (still have pubic hair on it) 3) 4 pillows, all the pillow cases still dirty (with hairs still on them) did they even change the pillow cases? It is really making us thinking twice before coming back ever again. If this is the corporate way of cutting cost to recuperate their financial loss from the pandemic it is very sad to say they lose my business forever.

I was a guest here for a weekend course at Landmark. The service at this hotel was absolutely delightful! How about that hot breakfast?! It's definitely one, if not the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel/motel. I loved that there was fresh fruit, several dairy choices, hot breakfast items, and an Oatmeal bar. I really enjoyed the selection of dried fruits available. Breakfast was served and set up promptly. The attendants were very clean, and kind, and then there was the coffee and tea selection. Regular, decaf, and a thing of hot water for tea drinkers. I recall seeing juice dispensers as well. Don't fret if you're a quick bagel and run type, there were some of those too! Great place.

Did you know that "Hotel" is etymologically similar to "Hospital"? This is a good thing, because the front desk clerk was nice to give me a bandaid after a small shaving accident. That's great service! Sharon and I stayed at the Hyatt Place during my first trip to Boston, and this has been my favorite hotel (including her two Miami visits) thus far. The room itself is about the size of a studio apartment and we had a view of the highway and famous Boston traffic. I'll just hold off a star because we didn't have a chance to try the pool. Room service was professional and well done, even coming in later when we overslept. Our bathroom was real clean, stocked with plenty of towels and perfect water temperature and pressure. The AC was freezing cold as well for me (Bae had plenty of blankets :) There are a couple of chain restaurants in the strip mall next to the hotel, though we stuck mostly to the Friday's for nightcaps and late night bites. I only had breakfast before my flight back and found the kitchen staff to be pleasant and the silverware (not paper plates!) clean. My coffee was strong, and the egg/cheese/bacon sandwich warm and not greasy. My waffle was also done right, with a little bit of syrup.

For the price I paid, this hotel was such a steal! The suite was big and included a fridge and a giant L shaped pull out sofa. Hotel was clean, service was friendly & welcoming (especially the maids they were the sweetest!), and location was perfect. It's literally across the street from a mall and Target which makes it very convenient!! They also offered free continental breakfast and every day they had different items. I came in the winter & stayed for 4 days when there was a snowstorm going on, but it wasn't much of a problem because they had the trucks clearing up the parking lot around the clock. Plenty of parking and it's in a safe area about 15-20min drive from the airport (learned the hard way they don't offer shuttle service to airport from the hotel). The bed was really comfy here, but walls a bit thin. The fridge actually worked perfect and kept our leftovers really cold/frozen LOL. If you need to microwave anything they have a microwave downstairs to use along w/ plates & utensils. I definitely will be staying here again my next visit to Boston. Something about it made me feel like I was at home.

Hello, What time is check in and check out?

Be careful, I had the worst experience there when they overbooked and left me stranded in the middle of the night.

Everything could improve. I stay at Hampton Inns at least twice a month for business. I stayed at…read morethis location for three days for the long weekend but I probably should've gone down the road to the Best Western. Upon arrival, there is only ONE handicap parking spot in the front. ONE! How is this acceptable. There were a few more but they're at the rear of the building and it doesn't help anyone that NEEDS handicap parking!!!!! I was rudely asked if I needed help by male receptionist. I checked in online via the Hilton App and got assigned room 410. After lugging my things upstairs, my electronic key didn't work because the room was occupied!!!! I was then reassigned to room 406. The room had smears of lotion or sticky matter on the nightstand. The tub took a very long time to drain after a quick shower. It felt gross because while showering you're standing in stagnant dirty water. The radiator in the room made a whistling noise 24/7 when it was not loudly blowing air out causing lack of sleep. The room door was poorly put together so the hallway light was shining in at night. After an awful night I was woken up to loud banging next door. The front desk told me there's leaks upstairs. Breakfast is awful because no one wants to work and the staff is RUDE! I watched a patron going to the back kitchen room to politely ask for syrup for the waffle station and the staff member sucked her teeth and slowly came out to put more syrup in the bin. They also ran out of forks and she snapped when I asked if there were anymore forks. We were all eating our waffles with spoons and hoping for the best. I requested washcloths and housekeeping came to tell me there were no more. What do you mean?! The parking lot was not cleaned or salted properly. The ONE handicap parking spot was pure ice. How does a wheelchair get through this or someone with an unsteady gait using a walking device? I'm sure the ADA would love to check out this establishment. The worse Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at and never will I consider this specific location. Poorly run location!!!

I stayed there a few weeks ago and forgot my cane, which I need to walk. I was told it would be $40…read moreto have it returned, which is absurd. When I went to pay a few days later, the price went up to $60. Holding someone's medical assisted device for ransom is WILD. Never using Hampton Inn again
