Lucky enough, a lady picked up my call and I was able to get an appointment right away. I was 5 mins early and the massage therapist started on time. The therapist had strong pressure yet very gentle and careful with my injury. My neck and shoulders are very tight she pays a lot of attention on the details. In terms of my shoulder injury, she right away elevated my shoulder to make it more comfortable. During the massage, I did inform her to have lighter pressure and she right away adjusted which I really appreciated that! I walked out with feeling much better and lighter.
