I had simple issue, the ac wasnt blowing cold air and freon coolant needed to be added/adjusted but the technician gave me 3 different options quotes between $1000-$2500. Which non of these suggestions had resolved my issue. The technician didnt mention anything about adding freon coolant. After doing some research, I contact another company Zach taylor heating & air, which the owner came out to check my concern and didnt charge any inspection fee after hearing my concern. New company added 1.5lbs of freon coolant and voila, my AC now had cold air back again... at fraction of a cost $350. I think this company had commission structure so techs can upsell and can make profit with company... it felt like i was with a car dealership salesman. I cant recommend this company to anyone unfortunately. .
