My call was quickly returned, and I had a new windshield within two business days. Nick, of Kennedy Glass, went to the auto dealership to do the installation so the service techs there could recalibrate the windshield cameras at the same time. That was a huge help. Fast, friendly service. I hope I don't need another new windshield, but I will definitely take any future glass needs to Kennedy Glass.

When we brought the car in, it was a tiny small area, the size of a mole. After getting resin in the area, the chip looks way worse. There are whisker like lines coming out now in two different directions. I called and they said to bring the car in. So I did. They said there was nothing they could do since the resin was already in. My issue is that these whiskers or whatever the technical term for these lines on the glass were not there before the repair. And since having the repair, they are getting longer. The whiskers reflect the sun in a horrible way. The tall guy with reddish hair (name ????) was an a--hole. Excuse my language. They do not offer mobile services so I had driven 25 minutes out of the way. Do not recommend! Or if you get a quote on the phone, make sure they email you a confirmation while you are on the phone because they will not keep their word. I was recommended this company from my auto repair shop and I will be making sure they don't recommend this company to anyone else.

My car was in need of an oil change and I had a recent disappointment at a dealership so I was…read moreseeking another outlet beside Jiffy Lube who I promised myself I would never go to again. I noticed that this new store had opened and it hadn't been there very long and so I decided that I would go in and see if I can get an oil change done. First of all of this location was built where a bank used to sit and unless you live in the town, you're not gonna know that it's there. But it's located on the corner of 27th and Iowa and its very visual. Access to the facility is very easy to get to and it is not crowded. First of all they have a sign in the front of their building that says oil change in 15 minutes. I was skeptical when I saw the sign because I've never had an oil change done that fast, but I went ahead and pulled into the line. I was immediately greeted by a blonde female and I was impressed that I was looking at her uniform and I seen all the dirt and oil on it knowing that she's working as a mechanic and making a decent salary then did my heart good to see a woman working there. She greeted me and was very friendly and told me where to park. there were five other cars ahead of me. One negative thing did happen was that they made me change lanes four times. They had me move from Lane one to lane three, then from Lane three to Lane two and then eventually made me move back to Lane one, then they made me back out so that someone in lane two could get in front of me in Lane one. I know that's a lot and and it was extremely frustrating and that's why that was an issue for me. As far as I could see there were six mechanics all working the three lanes not to mention the people who were under your car doing the oil change so they were well staffed and well-equipped. The place was clean. No trash or debris, it was spotless. They all helped each other and worked in teams of two. Most of all they were engaging. they kept talking with me. I had a guy who told me everything that I need to know. He showed me what the level in my car was, showed me the filter, everything I needed to know he informed me of . in the past, I had oil changes done and nothing was never communicated with me, until it's time to pay the bill so I did feel that this place was a step above other places in that respect. Now I do believe the oil change is a little expensive but I don't think it has to do with the company so to speak. I think it's just inflation in general. And they have to stay competitive with other businesses that do the same, so I get it. Overall I would recommend going to this Valvoline and even though they promised they can get it done in 15 minutes I was there probably 35 minutes but even that is better than sitting in a dealership waiting for hours for a simple oil change

Everyone working was super friendly and willing to answer questions. Best part to me...it was all women working! That made me feel extremely comfortable sitting in my car while they worked.
