I called them for a diagnosis because my AC system was freezing up and there was no airflow coming through the vents. I explained this during our initial phone call. They said they'd send someone to check it out. About an hour later, the technician told my wife that the system was working fine, but he recommended cleaning the coils and charged us $200, even though we had just had them cleaned recently. After he left, the AC froze up again. So, the $90 diagnosis fee felt like a waste of money since nothing was actually diagnosed. Just got my air serviced by a more reputable company...(husky came out a year ago repairing a capacitor) and man Husky did a sloppy job with wiring, our current company said this was very dangerous and lazy the way it was done. Loose wires, wires in the wrong place taped to the capacitor that aren't even necessary that could cause an electrical fire. read more

My parents almost got scammed! We called to get a quote steve came and $400 Dollars later he said he was done my poor stepdad is paid he left and ac stopped working! Mind you is hot summer over 100 degrees, the ac was working perfectly fine we just had a leak coming from a vent we assumed one of the pipes was clogged, sure enough he "fixed it" left around 2pm a soon as he left my mom noticed the ac stopped working , we had a toddler and my 10 year old at home, it was getting hot! Stepdad called steve he said he left and everything seemed working! He would come back around 6pm he did came almost at 7pm took him two minutes got his stair went up to the same room he "fixed it" originally and suddenly ac works!! He gave a dumb explanation of what could of happened like We are dumb lol and to top it off he used my daughter's sink to get rid of the dirty water made a mess so unprofessional honestly just beware people I honestly feel he did something for the ac to stop working and he would charge more and by reading previous reviews seems like this guys do this alot so just becareful read more

Worst customer service ! Once they get your money that's it! Cost me $1,500 to fix everything that was not properly installed . My ceiling started leaking to clogged drain line. I did not ask then to fix my ceiling but fix the leak no calls and no service ! Please do not use . They are nice at first don't let that full you! read more

His brother Steven took something out of my unit yesterday with telling me or letting me know whatsoever. Then he walks out of my house without telling me the job is done and sends me a text message of a charge of 80$. I called his brother Nick and told him about my experience with his brother Steven, and said " don't worry about I am sorry about my brother, i can come and fix it back for you, on me no troubles". Ok so then he "Nick" comes to my house, makes an inspection and tells me yeah I will fix it back how it was for you but I don't have the right equipment for it right now,I can come back tomorrow. I said ok sounds good, many, many times he said he was going to fix back to how it was. saying " it's on me " don't worry about it. NOT ONCE did HE SAY HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME. So next day he comes and he starts demanding a payment, I said for what you offered me to fix my AC back to how it was. " it's on me " he said multiple times the day before. I said why would I pay you didn't say anything about charging the first time you came, especially because of the bullshit experience I had with his brother Steven. Then he says I am not fixing anything unless you pay me. I said no. you offered me to put things back the way it was before his brother touched my AC unit. Then he starts packing his stuff and leaves my house with out ever fixing my AC like he offered me FOR FREE. I was super happy that when my AC stopped working on Labor Day that Husky Air had someone that could come within a few hours on a holiday! The technician worked from 9-11 pm! That is great service. I called many other companies and they would only be able to call me back the next day, and who knows when the work would actually get done. I am glad I went with Husky Air. The technician Steven was very friendly and polite and he was able to do repair right then and there, no need to order parts and schedule another appointment. The job cost less than I was expecting and has a one year warranty. So far everything is working great. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more
