My building was on the historic registry so upgrading/updating is tough. The guys were very nice and as professional as they needed to be. They showed up a little late, but i expected that as it takes a lot of materials to install 2 big windows. Casual conversation between them. No profanity. Now i can finally see out. No draft. Now i just have to paint the gap that is left. Did I mention that I should expect my heating and cooling costs to be halved? I guess I just did. They came out and cleared the track of debris. Within 3 days, it was not working again, so they came back out and "reset the control". I was SHOCKED to receive TWO invoices for service calls, when clearly the root problem was not addressed the first time. It would seem that if the door was not working w/in a couple days of it being "fixed", it was not properly "fixed" the first time. Very disappointed in the customer service this loyal customer was provided. I will not be calling them again to service either of my stores.

His countless delays have really hurt the homeowners more than anything. The pipes they…read moremoved started to leak and we ended up with water in our garage, and more repairs that we have to take care of now out of pocket. We have to repaint the walls that they damaged during demo, as wall as the wall in an adjacent room that they had to cut into to fix their leaky pipe. They also cracked one of our floor tiles during demolition, and one of the onyx panels has scratches on it. At the end of the project, our shower doors were not level and we asked if they could fix it. The owner told us "nothing on this planet is perfect" and that they have done the best that they can do. We hired a handyman to fix the doors (an easy fix that took him 30 minutes to do). The owner called us the "most difficult customers" he has ever worked with and said we are being too much of perfectionists. He did not take ownership of any of the mistakes and issues that arose. We wrote him a check for the remaining balance and told him he could pick it up anytime. Instead, he put a lien on our house and told us to mail it to him. He stated that he had made "numerous attempts to collect payment", when that is not true. Bottom line, go with a different company if you are in the market for Onyx showers.
