They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work.
