The modules program that each participant follows is full of videos and impactful information to guide each person on their health journey. What attracted me to this practice initially, was how unique it was from others I was considering. I am referring to brain re-training. This is a critical piece to healing and often overlooked. Having been given the tools, I practice my mind re-training, breathing and gratitude every day. Family members I visited while on the program mentioned to me how much calmer I am now. My hair is growing in and my dry eyes, while not yet healed, are less painful when I waken in the morning. All team providers are readily accessible between scheduled appointments and were all prompt for scheduled meetings with me. A shout out to Joy (office support). She got those supplements/remedies to me very promptly and e-mails initially explaining the program and who to contact were thorough and left nothing to question. I would be neglectful not mentioning health coaches Kourtney and Halicia. Yes, an assigned, health coach!! This was another amazing benefit. Kourtney was kind, professional, and helpful in my decision regarding program appropriateness through my scheduled discovery call. Halicia, my assigned program Health Coach, provided regular support calls answering endless questions. Thank you so much Halicia! (and Kourtney too). By the way, Alicia, The Total Gym is now out of the closet [since purchased in the 90s) and being used for weight training. All three Naturopaths who I met with regularly, evaluated and carefully considered my progress and made changes as needed. Healing takes time and Dr. Johnson told me on my 1st visit that brain re-training would be a major part of my healing. I feel grateful for the care and tools provided to me to continue my wellness journey. There are no nickel and diming surprises. The price I paid was an all-inclusive amazing value. and exceeded my expectations.

I feel exponentially better--significantly less anxiety, reduced inflammation, and an overall improvement in how I feel day to day. I only wish I had gone sooner. I've been telling everyone in my life that they need to see a naturopath because this has truly been the best investment I've made in myself!

Everyone here was personable, informative, and they took me early - always a way to win points…read more I've had an issue with inexplicable hives that I've been trying to resolve for roughly a year now, so I finally decided to get an allergy test and see if it's anything environmental or dietary. The test itself is actual hell, which isn't the doctor's fault, but it's important to be mentally prepared. They basically prick you about twenty times, and it feels like being bitten by an army of the angriest mosquitoes on the planet. Then you have to sit there for fifteen minutes and. Not. Scratch. Once they come in and measure the size of your reaction areas, they'll spray you with something that takes the itch away pretty quickly. They will explain which allergens you reacted to - in my case, nothing that gave me the simple answer I was hoping for, but again, not their fault. The verdict was that I probably fall into the unlucky category of people who just get hives for no known reason, or it's from a thyroid issue I have that multiple endocrinologists have told me is too insignificant to medicate for. I was provided with a very lengthy packet of information and a list of instructions for managing the hives. I am taking one star away for the instructions because after waking up at 5am and a long day at work, trying to decipher these and turn them into actionable steps felt like solving a problem on the LSAT. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, and I literally had to take a piece of paper and draw a tree diagram to figure out the things I should do and in what order. I'll come back if I need to, but not before calling with several questions about my tree diagram, I'm sure. *** Updated: taking another star away because the doctor never called back to answer a question I had.

Celinda especially makes one feel like she's doing them a favor by answering basic questions. Sometimes I just look at her and wait for her to explain her curtness or apologize for her unwillingness to be more helpful. Her bedside manner is as comforting as a cactus which is troubling because I've been coming here for almost two years and I feel like it is in spite of her attitude. I asked her today if Allergy Partners took Tri-Care. She said we used to. When I asked her to elaborate, she merely said in her annoyed tone "it's just like I said, we used to." I had to try to pull it out of her if this might change in the future. As I sit her and listen to the way she talks to people it boggles my mind why this is tolerated. "The card reader is there...the pens are over there... I'm going to talk over you....I'm going to look at you like you're and idiot....go sit down until I call you.... ask me in ten minutes.... I don't have time for you right now.....no, I'm on the phone... you'll just have to keep calling back until we change that...."

Also, as I paid the cancellation fees over the phone with my credit card, their admin person proceeded to read aloud my credit card number, expiration date, and three digit code out loud. I repeatedly asked her to please not repeat it because I don't want people overhearing my credit card number. She responded that their "office is HIPAA compliant".... which has absolutely nothing to do with my credit card number. I never got to see a doctor, so I can't speak to their level of care. However, the booking and cancellation experience was not ideal. They did get money from me though. Now I'll have to find a new allergist hopefully close by since my old allergist on Capitol Hill closed her office a few months ago. The reason that I had to cancel in the past was first, I had emergency back surgery, then I had pain from that, as of late I've been experiencing symptoms of possibly MCAS, we're just going outside and breathing in the pollen and filling the heat is too much to bear. So unfortunately, I had to cancel. After their admin called me today to say the doctor did not want to see me, I asked if the doctor could reconsider because of my extenuating circumstances. The admin said no the doctor will not see you. I will absolutely seek care somewhere else and hopefully get treatment for my troubling condition. Again, I paid their hefty cancellation fees, I never was a no-show, and I always called to explain. However, the doctor did not want to hear from me.
