Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

Our sales rep took a tremendous amount of time explaining all the pros and cons of what high impact windows can offer including the solar heat reduction. As an added benefit we learned how easy it was going to be to clean them. Francisco came out for the final measure and took time to explain how installation was going to proceed. Installation day went very smooth, and installers we clean and thorough. We were stepped through on how the City Inspection would go and happy to say, everything went as planned. It was a "no brainer" when we were ready to finish the second phase of window replacement. We struggled about doing it because we would be replacing the original, wavy glass 90+ year old windows. But, the new windows showed us how much more energy efficient it was and the sound dampening was tremendous. We were so pleased with the first set of windows, one year later Leica our sales rep, came out to give us the estimate immediately. The week caused the stucco to separate from the back of my house. I had to have it repaired it cost me approximately $5,000. I reached out them to be reimbursed for it. After several weeks of back and forth with them they just told me today that they do not warranty that type of work and that it was my responsibility to have the stucco repaired immediately after the windows were done as is their policy. I had no idea there was stucco damage or that it needed to be repaired until late last year. I had another window company tell me that the reason this happened is because they didn't flange my windows properly.
