i made the choice to not go with 3 Day Blinds because their price was not competitive and it was very difficult to speak with a manager. I made the mistake of using their measurements to order blinds for some windows. It was a total loss. What irritates me is that, prior or purchasing blinds, the 3 Day Blinds representative said, "Those measurements I measured will work. I measured for inside mount." i Took his work and ordered. He later came back and said, "Just my measurements will be off occasionally by like a quarter inch here or there but that's why I have all my orders remeasured by a tech." he also said, "Those would work for PRICING only." I should have known better when the sales lady wouldn't give up and leave once I said I'd think it over. She then said if you don't do it today you will never get this price. So she kept fudging the numbers.....All I wanted was 2 bedroom window blinds. She ended up cutting the size blind down from 3" to 2" and delivery dates to lower original quote which was double!! Ended up paying $1000 which was way too much. Just couldn't deal with her pushing me and ended up giving her a check for half. As if that wasn't enough, Today I see they ALREADY deducted the balance from my checking account and install wasn't for 4 more days out!!! I had planned on paying for the balance on a credit card but never was advised I could not. Placed order (total of $6,059) on December 12th. Installation was scheduled on or before January 31st. Today, January 30th, I called to find out about installation. I was told that the fabric is back ordered until December. I guess they are 1 year blinds, not 3 day blinds....what a joke! They refused to give me a refund until they verified with the manufacturer that the fabric is delayed until December (that took them 40 minutes on the phone to even offer that). Brett the sales guy came to my home measured very quickly gave me a price told me that the product I ordered would arrive between 5 and 12 December this year. I have never received the product. Somebody called a week ago to set up an installation appointment but told me they didn't have the product I told them. I've had the same experiences as the rest of the poor people that paid for these expensive, delayed and poorly installed shades. 3 Day Blinds took months and then the installer was asking me what the designer did. My shades open in a crooked manner and they didn't have the hardware. I filed a complaint with Green Sky which did no good except they gave me a $200 refund off the expensive price and now I'm paying for shades I hate because I don't want interest or bad credit rating! Buyer beware! I had the worst experience with 3 day blinds They have the worst customer service. The design consultant won't return my calls! They had to remake my verticals because they didn't fit or close properly. It took 2 months from the day the order was placed. They kept sending the installer to my home, when they should have sent the design consultant to address and fix the problem. I kept getting jerked around. They promised me they would compensate me for the inconvenience they caused me I tried calling and am not getting anywhere. I left 2 messages with the design consultant and he has not returned my calls. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They require half down at the time of the sale, then when they set the appointment for the install they charge the balance. So they have all the money before you even have the products installed. I wouldn't give them any stars! But, had to give 1. They don't deserve it. They are over priced and their service is awful! I would not recommend them! read more

I ordered shades darker then the blinds I was replacing yet the ones I got in fact seem lighter. Also see the differnece and imperfections in the attached photo. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend 3 day blinds sure they come out right away. Measure make all kinds of promises. Get your money and then the fun begins. Took forever for my blinds to come in. Once they were installed, the sales lady told me there would not be gaps. There is gaps all around it. The minute the installers drove away. The chain broke on 2 shades. I called immediately to get a new chain months later. They set an appointment, then they canceled it. Then they set another appointment and never showed up. My advice is don't pay for it ahead of time. They could care less once their installed if you're happier or not. read more

There are gaps in all the blinds where people can see from the outside. There are 2 to 3 extra blind blades on the bottom of all the blinds. I do not know how well their service is. However, their driving or horrendous. The driver of one of the trucks rode the back of my car for miles. If I could rate my experience with this company lower, I would. A one star rating gives this company way too much credit. Their name "3 day blinds" is an absolute fallacy, almost akin to their notions of customer service and fair dealing. We met with a sales agent by the name of Betty Pierre (buyers pls pls pls beware!) on 12/14/19. She took the measurements to our windows and claims to have processed our order. This was start of our unknown (at the time) nightmare. I truly wish we had checked yelp before. The agreement was that we pay 51% of the total balance and delivery/installation would be initiated by 12/26. It is now 1/6/2020 and nothing. During this time I have sent Betty at least one email communication and she never mentioned a delay in our installation. She also never initiated any communications on her own volition despite the fact that it's been over a month since our consultation. Nor did anyone from this makeshift operation attempt to contact us with a status during this extended wait period. We have been more than patient and finally today, 1/6/2020 at 5:30 am, I emailed Betty to initiate cancellation of my order. She did not even have to courtesy or professional decorum to respond. I called the corporate office and they looked in the system and confirmed verbatim - "it does not seem like your sales agent ever processed this order" and sent Betty an email to cancel the order accordingly (see attached picture below). Aside from breaching their contractual obligation, I now receive an email which reads that my order was in fact (now) mysteriously ordered. this is after, Michael Hancock read the notes on my account indicating otherwise over the phone. He did not address the delay, or their breach of obligation under the contract. Furthermore, Betty has yet to respond to any of my emails, despite being copied on all communications. She doesn't follow up and is professionally irresponsible. Absolutely should not be dealing with the public. The level of dissatisfaction is insurmountable and consistent with the other reviews on here and otherwise. We had guests for New Year's Eve and we had NO blinds- completely immobilizing and frankly, embarrassing. Despite putting down more than $2k on these blinds with the express expectation that we would have them by 12/26/19, nothing. Nothing but an email reading that we are contractually obligated to accept this non sense. This company and its irresponsible agents ruined our new year holiday, in our new home. That just doesn't sit well with me. This entire experience has been a nightmare and a fraud. My husband is a veteran and we pride ourselves on dealing with honest companies. Then, after ordering for over $25K of blinds and draperies, things are coming in a lot slower than expected. But ok, at some point everything arrives and gets installed. The installation looks ok, the drapes look quite uneven but, according to the installer, that takes about 2-3 months to stretch out. After about two months, everything is still uneven. And on closer inspection, it turns out that the wall is full of holes and things are installed crooked. Since then I've been trying to get into contact with people from 3day blinds, but there's just no response. I'm currently exploring legal steps - this is totally ridiculous. read more

This is the best company ever. The designer Jim was so helpful. Didn't try to up sale us at all. As a matter of fact, he helped us decide not to go with shutters which would have cost 3x the price. Instead he helped us find the perfect window treatments for our home. The installers Seth and Daniel did an amazing job from measuring to installing. Both of them were super friendly, prompt and did a fabulous job. I could not be happier and will recommend them to all my friends!! read more

My experience, After having the design consultant come to my house to measure the windows I was quoted a price and given a day and time for installation. Sounds amazing, very fast. Compared to most company's they appeared to be able to get the imposible done. So after receiving a quote for 20k, I accept and paid in full. The very next day they called and said everything I asked for was back ordered and would be delayed 3 weeks. So your telling me that your company will take 20k from me in a heart beat and schedule an installation and then wait to see if you even have the product in stock?? Get out of here. They lack follow up, customer service js horrible and I was billed in full prior to my installation being complete I have had them out to install several times and they are have a multitude of reasons why it can never be done. I had multiple blinds installed, costing me thousands. One was installed so tight that the pull string snapped in a week. It's been 6 months of an unusable blind and six months that I've been waiting for anyone from 3day blinds to call me back to get it fixed. I have had this company out to repair a window shade three times now and it breaks within two days of each repair. I scheduled an appointment with 3 Day Blinds for an estimate at my Kissimmee rental unit. The appointment was for 11:30 am on 10/10/19. I had not received any previous call to confirm so I called myself the same morning at 10am to make sure the appointment was still on. I was told that yes it was still on so I headed out for the 50 minute ride to get there on time. I was looking for blinds for my vacation home. I was going to be there from July 4th through July 14th. I called 3-day blinds thinking that I'd get blinds in 3 days, scheduled my consultation for 9am on July 5th. My consultant arrived over 1-hr late. But she was friendly and knowledgeable and I was really hoping to get my blinds already, so I went ahead and ordered blinds for 5 windows. I was told they'd arrive to the installer by July 16th. Well it's now July 21st and I still don't have my blinds. I called my consultant on the 18th to see if she could help figure out why my installation hadn't happened yet. She let me know she was sick and that she might be able to reach out to the installers tomorrow if I wanted. I'm growing weary of having to work so hard to ensure that I get blinds.
