From beginning to end, it was a very pleasurable experience. We were satisfied from the initial visit to discuss the project, look at samples and the installation visit after the crew had installed the (electric) blinds on the windows and sliding glass doors. The two young men who installed the blinds were very professional and courteous. Apologies since I am not good with names and have already forgotten theirs. But they got the job done relatively quickly, cleaned up after the work, hauled out the old blinds and took time to show us how to use the remote controllers. Kudos to them! Just a very nice experience from beginning to end. We will add reviews on product review websites also.

For the most part things were ok. They took several attempts to get our master bedroom door correct but finally got it right after finally replacing it. When they installed our front door and sidelights the broke the glass on one of the sidelights. They eventually replaced the glass and eventually repainted the trim but the paint peeled right away and no matter how many times I've called them, they have NOT come back to fix it! Initially they told me that they'd take care of it when they had someone in the area. No one ever showed up. I've called the owner, Curt, repeatedly and have not received a return call.
