The EnergyStar windows are beautiful, my home is brighter but cooler. Tom, who has done windows & doors over 40 years, talked me through options, costs and comparison to the national brands. His 3 experienced installers made it look easy. They respected our home inside and out, cleaned up every day and kept us informed about every step. I went with Tom's local company because of great reviews online and wow are they right.

I felt the price was fair, and although the job took longer than we were originally told when we signed the contract, Tom (owner) discounted the balance at the end to make up for the delay in completing the project. Tom's crew was professional in every way during the process. The amount of heat coming from the older windows compared to the new ones on the east and west sides of our house is so much better. I wish that DJT didn't end all the federal Energy Tax Credits effective 2026. We could have saved on the cost.

He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. He was done and in about 30 minutes and had the door back on the hinges. I am very happy with my choice and Chuck's workmanship. I would highly recommend his work.

We could not be happier that we went with McKinley Pro for our window and door replacement project!…read more We interviewed 5 different companies and were just turned off by their high-pressure sales tactics (and price) and we did not experience any of that with this company. We wanted Andersen windows made with FIBREX material and we discovered McKinley Pro is the only "Premier" Certified Andersen contractor in Central Florida (which I called Andersen to verify) that sells and installs them, and they offer 0% financing! From contract signing, measure, order placement & install, it could not have been a better experience and their communication is fantastic. That was over a year ago! I can write a book on how incompetent this company is. From sending thugs and hoodlums to work in my house, (later I found out they were drinking alcohol on the job) to leaving shards of glass on my lawn. I could go on and on.. If you value your home I would keep this company far away from it! Update, I'm still living with windows and doors that were installed poorly and it shows. I've always tried to do my research and select reputable companies to work with. I failed miserably with FAS and it cost me over $90k Please don't let yourself be the next victim this company suckers in.

After a long year of searching for the right glass / mirror company to replace an odd shaped…read morebuilder mirror, we found Glass Guru. Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

She then insisted "we will show up" and if I wanted to reschedule I needed to do it right now. I said "No, I don't have my work calendar and I am not waiting for the tech to show up late. Please cancel the appointment." She said ok and I thought that was that. Nope. In the middle of my appointment I got 7 calls from this company saying the technician was outside and where was I. I didn't answer a single call, because at this point I was like, you've got to be kidding me. Then they left a two messages, one doing a quote, without photos or visiting my home--how do you do that? The other asking why I missed the appointment. This morning they called, again, and I am done. I told him what I have written here. They could offer me a free rescreen and I wouldn't accept. If they are this pushy and poorly managed on the phone, what would it be like to have them in my home, no thank you. This is what you get from a corporation and not business here in the local area.
