The price seemed reasonable ($30 for 47x14), twice the customer service was average and once the lady was very friendly but this was after I was a bit upset. I first came to them to replace some glass panes in my garage, they said a couple days and I picked them up, it was so quick and easy that I put in another order. The second time I came to have some glass made to sit on top of my furniture, the secretary/part owner/not sure who she was said it would be done by Saturday for sure, I called multiple times on Saturday to no answer (they were supposed to be open until noon), I showed up at 11:30 and they were closed. I left a voicemail saying I was promised it on Saturday, no one called me back. I ended up showing up a few days later and when I came in the new lady behind the counter was super nice. It would be five stars if there werent so many downfalls in customer service - promising wrong date, being closed during business hours, not returning my call

The salesman was able to work with our price and made sure we were happy with the situation. The next step is the hardest part, the waiting. We signed the contract in October, and they didn't start building until March. The waiting was very nerve-wracking. Melissa was fantastic, keeping us updated through the whole process. It just felt like the entire process took a lot longer compared to other screened porches. When they finally started, they were able to get the work done in a couple of days. The workers were great, and they were very detailed oriented. The final product was a beautiful screened-in porch that everyone loves. The one thing I love is the kick plates for the screened porch match the house. So it feels like an addition to the home. (They are one of the few places that finance, so they do work with you)

I mean I checked clerk of the courts, DBPR, Google Reviews, and BBB. No problems. I even met the owner during an inspection of the property. Dan had the right background. When the roof started, the subcontractor did a good job. Brock helped me pick out the right quality of roofing tile. The solar panels for the pool had to be removed and replaced. The subcontractor did an excellent job. The pool screens were damaged and that contractor did a great job, too. Having to watch the crews work was a little stressful because you don't know them and you want to make sure the job is done right. The NOK crew worked extremely well with me. Mark and Brock A+ on listening and working with me. The ladies including billing explained everything when I had a question. A+ I am looking forward to perhaps get a solar system (electric) in the future. Jennifer's presentation was worth listening to. Straight answers with no salesman talk. Thank you Dan. Great staff!

He removed my old flooring (which cost about $2,000 of labor and materials) and then left the rest of the project unfinished. For over a month he kept telling me he was "waiting on the permit" and that it would be approved any day. Every week it was the same story. Then out of nowhere he texted me saying he was "shutting down his business." When I asked for my refund for the unfinished work, he stopped responding completely and has ignored every message since. I've been left with no floors, no kitchen progress, and a major financial loss. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this company or Anthony Wishart to anyone.
