The second time I came to have some glass made to sit on top of my furniture, the secretary/part owner/not sure who she was said it would be done by Saturday for sure, I called multiple times on Saturday to no answer (they were supposed to be open until noon), I showed up at 11:30 and they were closed. I left a voicemail saying I was promised it on Saturday, no one called me back. I ended up showing up a few days later and when I came in the new lady behind the counter was super nice. You are willing to remake the door, THAT YOU DAMAGED, for a cost to me, of $226.00 (this is your cost stated in last email) and this is doing me a favor to earn future business. ** "I hope you can see where I've already taken a step towards only charging cost where I am typically encouraged to make profit on work that we complete." ** "I am putting a copy of this email on your file so that if you choose to continue to work with us, the $226 can be added as a discount on your next order. I hope you find this email informative and as it is intended, a gesture towards providing a solution on this concern and working together in the future" I was charged $2500.00 just for one bathroom, so it seems to me that you already made a pretty healthy profit margin and should be able to cover, the damage that you created at your cost, and still have a nice profit margin. Let's also factor in that that I did a total 4 bathrooms, all the same, at a total cost of 10,000.00. I did the right thing and gave you guys an opportunity to buff the scratch out, at your request, but since that has not been a permanent solution, I reached out again assuming you would now replace the door to remove the scratch permanently this time which should have been reordered for replacement the day it was installed, and the scratch was disclosed. I can positively assure you there will be no future business from me due to the way this was handled.

Could I have added a curtain temporarily? Yes. Would that have let me put this order and installation off for another few years? Surely. Frank answered our Request a Quote on Yelp with some great information. After that, we got a quote and were able to move forward. Frank came by to look at the shower and make his own measurements (a good thing, because ours were definitely off). He also made some suggestions- like raising the top of the glass higher. In hindsight, leaving it the way we had initially planned would have been a wet disaster, so I appreciated his expertise. Eventually, a final quote came our way. I'll admit that I missed the call and then never called Frank back, so I'm glad he had great follow-up to account for my forgetfulness! We scheduled installation as soon as the glass piece had arrived at his workshop and Frank and another gentleman came and had it installed in no time. He noticed a part of my shower wasn't caulked and even caulked it himself, though it wasn't necessary to the job. Really great service! In the end, we're very happy with the new shower glass and would recommend Frank to anyone in the future. Plus, I have a mirror I need fitted in a frame, so he'll be hearing back from me soon!

There is a bay door next to the office where a ring goes off when someone walks in and then someone comes and greets you. They are already knowledgeable of thickness or smoothing edges if you tell them what you need the piece(s) and can give recommendations. They give you a call when your order is ready and pending what you need it doesn't typically take long. Super friendly staff, great customer service! It's personable and you can tell they care about their work.

The woman on the phone was courteous and gave him an estimate. First off- We went in on a Friday to drop the frame off and they called us with it fully ready first thing on Monday morning. That's incredible! We were thrilled with the quick turnaround. Secondly- This frame is one made and carved by my great grandfather and hols incredible sentimental value. It is also quite delicate due to the intricate carvings. They were attentive when we let them know to please handle it gently and with care and it was returned to us in the same condition as when we left it. A+ for that! Lastly- the customer service was excellent. Randy was there when we arrived to pick it up and he was not only so helpful in getting the large (and heavy) mirror into the back of our car, but he also asked us about the frame and commented on the craftsmanship. When he heard it was made by my great grandfather, he showed me some really cool features in the wood on the back that I wouldn't have noticed. He said he is a bit of a woodworker himself, so he really appreciated the piece and I have to say- it made my day! I shared the info he gave me with me family and it was just really special to know a bit more about my great grandfather's process and precision. Thank you, Randy! COVID note: They have a lobby area but have a sign asking you to go right in through the open garage doors to the shop so as to keep you from being in a small enclosed lobby during these crazy times.
