So we went shopping for the house repairs we are doing this week and found almost everything we wanted there... and HELP finding what was on our list. It's a nice positive atmosphere without any drama. Everyone is so welcoming. The variety of products is amazing and the quality is even better. I will be making the 3.5hr road trip (each way) to visit the shop in a couple months. Can't wait to see everything in person and all the new items being carried. Within my pic you'll see a variety of items I've purchased from towers, spheres, palms, worry stones, discs/cookies, donuts, free forms, flames, specimens, carvings, fossils/shells, tumbled stones, pebble stones, sun catchers, butterflies, glass items, resin items, rings, pendants, bracelets, fun trinkets (bird whistle). So many other items not pictured but it's one of my fav stores to shop. The UV selection is also the best I've seen. Kelsey is known for having the best labradorite selection and being up front with the material...if it's been repaired, glass, dyed, etc. I fully trust her selection. If an item is not in stock, the shop will do everything they can to find the item for customer. Excellent customer service.

We found a beautiful dress that fit right off the rack for $500. The boutique outlet was clean. Nothing fancy but certainly a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly. My one gripe was the $50 mandatory appointment fee. Just seems you should be able to walk in a store and see the inventory without having to pay. They said they carried sizes 6 and up. However when we arrived, there were very few smaller sizes. I'm happy we were able to find a dress but I would have been perturbed to have driven all that way, pay a non-refundable $50 to find that they only had a handful of dresses in my daughters size. They also carry mother of the bride outfits. Again.. Limited sizes and you don't know what they have so it's like a$50 gamble. They do allow you to put that$50 towards accessories.. But being an outlet their accessories were very limited. We didn't need anything they had but I wasn't leaving without "spending" the $50. So we got 1 Mr & Mrs mug with a 2019 date, a shot glass, a couple pair of princess shoes for my granddaughter that'll fit in like 4 years and a memory jar. The veil options didn't match the color of the dress and they had no head pieces. Now I get time is money. But it just seems ridiculous they wouldn't put that $50 towards the dress. All in all we were very thankful for the outlet. We hope to never return though lol. Married till death do them part!

Then she called me back about a half hour later and left me a message saying they needed my credit card info again because it did not go through but my bank show it going through. I tried to call Terry back but she was not available so I spoke to Emily who was rude to begin with, she said there was no memo in the system with my credit card info nor was there any email in the system. I told her I was loosing confidence in this company and not sure if I want to continue this order and she hung up on me??? I guess I won't be doing business with this company again and I cannot recommend this company as it seems disorganized and they have done rude people working in customer service.

The company rep handling my order was very polite & courteous AND the great experience was this the parts I received were the very parts I needed w/out the run-around of getting the wrong parts as w/other companies, what a delight. I talked to a lady [very cordial & sweet] on the phone and she was really great. I wanted to contact the company sooner to thank them for having such good employees that take pride in their work, thank you again.

They show up when they say they will and work exceptionally hard to make everything completely functional and beautiful! They also fixed 6 doors and applied coats of TropiCool silicone to my entire home and above garage apartment roofs. All the men are super friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and have the greatest work ethic! I also had new lighting installed on my front porch and kitchen lighting installed to replaced some very outdated light fixtures. I couldn't be more pleased with their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing home improvements. Thank you, David and crew! You are all top notch!
