The family was allowed private time before each event, and that was greatly appreciated. There was a pretty good crowd on hand for the customary viewing, with a line snaking through the viewing area all the way to the back of the room. The funeral director handled it all in stride. A few nice display boards were made by the family and placed in strategic areas in the room. An electronic collage of pictures set to music was also displayed, and it was very tastefully done. The ride out to the cemetery was uneventful, actually, that's exactly the way you want a ride to the cemetery. I highly recommend their services.

This winter (2021) I was still having problems and called for service again. They determined that I needed a new remote receiver which they installed. The repairman was not at my home for 15 minutes and I was charged $400 for service call and new remote receiver. Unfortunately, my fireplace is still malfunctioning, so I called another company for service. When dismantling the fireplace, they found the starter, panels and logs were not reinstalled properly in 2020 which was causing the fireplace to malfunction again. I am so disappointed to have been "duped" because I am a senior citizen. I found them to be dishonest in their repairs and in their charges. I am thankful that I found a new fireplace shop who has a high integrity and work ethic. Marge B
