Horrible place!! Tried to take advantage of a 90 year old woman and force her to buy a new battery…read morebecause they messed up. They gave her a loaner while they charged her battery and then she returned to get hers back. After leaving it stopped working and they said it was because it was still a loaner. She mentioned she had been in and gotten hers back and they said she should have checked under her hood before leaving?!?! They then said they didnt have her battery anymore and she would be required to purchase a new one as the loaner belonged to them. Absolutley horrid customer service.

They made me jump through hoops getting it tested. I sent them the results showing that their junk battery was absolutely dead and they still refused to assist. My credit card company handled it well, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Very frustrating experience and definitely not a company you want to do business with.

She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. No thinking involved just plug in a machine type in model and make of car wait for machine to download and transfer data to the fob. You could download a mp3 in nearly the same amount of time. So, 1 star for actually having a walk in facility and the 1/2 star for having the ability to program key fobs. 1/2 star for only person in Springfield that will even attempt to program it besides one other mobile key lock out companies.
