The financial issues were complicated, the history was lengthy, and there was an overwhelming amount of documentation to work through. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Nick was not interested in taking shortcuts and making assumptions--and I knew I had found the right attorney for our case. He listened. He asked important questions. He wanted to understand not only the facts, but the context behind them. Nick never argued first and figured it out later. He sought understanding first--and that's what made him such an effective advocate. By the time we got to trial, Nick knew the case inside and out. That preparation, coupled with his keen understanding of the law, allowed him to represent my brother with confidence, giving weight and credibility to every argument he made before our judge, and ultimately achieving an outcome that exceeded our expectations. On a personal level, Nick was responsive, calm under pressure, compassionate, and genuinely invested. He treated us with kindness and respect, earning our complete trust. I'm so grateful that I chose Nick Gottwald to represent my brother. Words fall short of expressing my appreciation for his hard work and unwavering commitment from start to finish. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I'd hire Nick again in a New York minute.

Trying my best to stay away from curse words I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. You pay them yet they make you do all the ground work. Then they tell you to keep an eye on your email. By the way, your email explodes with spam. Therefore, every day you are going through thousands of emails to "maybe" find the one they sent you because they will not respect you enough to call you to tell you that they sent you one. God forbid you miss one and need them to resend it because If you call them to inquire about your case they treat you like an inconvenience or talk down to you as if you had no business calling them. If I had to do it all over again, I would go online to find the forms and do it myself. Would probably cost less and have just as many frustrations. I repeat - RUN!! FIND ANOTHER WAY!!
