Not impressed so far. Called a couple of days ago and was told to leave my message for Ricky, that he would return my call. Two days later today 2/5/2020, haven't heard back so I thought I would try again. She tells me I can leave another message. I ask how long does it normally take to return calls...how long can I expect? she says she well he works from home....in the meantime my office phone starts ringing off the hook, I ask her to please hold one minute she acted totally put off says uhh "sighs loudly" I say never mind I'll call back later. I'm having to call you during regular business while I'm working and you act surprised and put off. I hired this firm to handle a case for me. Tyler Hawkes and Sean Wood are the best attorneys a client can ask for. They were very good at responding to my questions in a timely manner and were more than willing to go over and beyond to make sure that my case was handled correctly, and their client was taken care of. I would recommend this firm to those seeking for excellent attorneys to deal with their issues. It is hard to find a firm that holds to their values and morals in a business world that doesn't know what that means anymore. I was a small fish dealing with a small home purchase where the seller lied about the roof needing to be replaced. The first lawyer I approached flatly turned me down saying, "buyer beware." All other lawyers I called would not return my call, I'm assuming because my case would be a small settlement. Alec Cannon came recommended from my realtor. He responded immediately, listened, took me seriously, did further review, and gave me a little hope. He and The Rudd Firm were very reasonable in terms of cost. He was clear and concise about my options and what each would involve in terms of time, money, and likelihood of success. We just finished a civil case where the Rudd Firm represented my son. I won't go into all the details of the case but Megan and Ryan were an incredible team.
