I had a very disappointing experience with Stavros Law. On 3/24, Sue (the receptionist) had me spend a significant amount of time gathering and emailing detailed information about my case, assuring me they would review it and get back to me. It has now been a full month, and I have received no response despite multiple follow-ups by both phone and email. It is extremely unprofessional to ask a potential client to invest that kind of time and then completely fail to communicate any decision or update. A simple courtesy response would have been the bare minimum. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. read more

Will not work for you unless you can pay. A greedy money hungry attorney isn't one who will fight for you. They fight for the money. This means you can't trust them. Per their own word. Utah is a right to work state. So there no reason to ever seek legal action because you can be fired for any reason whatsoever. As far as any other purpose to seek legal action.... I'll say what I was told. It's just too hard to prove. Even with gathered boat load of evidence. Funny. I was referred to this firm and now the people that referred me won't refer anyone else to this firm again. Anyone who says it's too hard..... doesn't possess the will that you will need to win whatever battle battles you face. If you are a veteran, especially, stay away! 1 star review for unprofessional staff, they wasted my time on an intake that took about 30 mins, I told them my deadline is coming up and have until Friday, they tried to say an hourly outrageous fee would be about $300+ depending on their attorney after knowing the situation I was going thru for the last 8 months. When I first called them they said they work on contingency fees depending on case (I know I have a case) I told them how I needed them asap as they finally responded from the EEOC on my case, they quickly declined because I told them I can't afford their fees now and that is crazy how these corporations and attorneys take advantage of people going thru issues that can easily benefit us both. They tried to email me about taking my other review down or else... but I hadn't been specific about it so I will be more specific now, they didn't like it when I told them about attorneys taking advantage and they declined to my intake after clearly making me waste 30+ mins of my valuable time. I never said they did any work for me and this doesn't have to become a representation to leave a public review. The interaction was enough... So I'm leaving a 1 star review for how the intake was handled. Avoid. read more

I have worked with Stavros Law as a client since 2016. Their main area of expertise are employment law, administrative law, and civil litigation. They are my clinic's official counsel. The service is excellent. The personnel at Stavros Law care greatly about their clients. They are straightforward whether they can provide the services requested and deliver high quality. They are highly competent. I have worked with almost all of the personnel. My first impression of the firm, in 2016, was after talking with Sue (the office manager). It was clear Sue correctly relayed my story. I have worked with Adam, Austin, Andy (partner and founder), and Michelle. The value is excellent. Last time I checked, hourly rates range from $225 to $375. More important than the hourly rate is they work efficiently and bill ethically. Services 5/5: Highly recommend. Very satisfied with Stavros Law. I needed an attorney to review my employment severance agreement. I researched top employment attorneys for about an hour or two. Moving from California not too long ago, I realized employment law in the state of Utah is almost always in favor of the employer; it's important to find someone capable. I ultimately hired Andrew Stavros to review my severance. He has tons of experience and it's obvious right away. Mr. Stavros was straightforward, fair and honest. His services are reasonable and affordable. Not all attorneys have experience under their belt to negotiate or understand severance agreements. He did. My options were laid out to me during our consultation. I chose the course of action to take. If needing further litigation or help, I will return to Mr Stavros. Stavros is stupid good at what he does. I spoke to probably 15 attorneys that told me my case couldn't be won and wouldn't take it or wanted a large (very large) amount up front. 5 minutes on the phone with Stavros and I was sold. He basically told me that my case was his specialty and that he's gonna kick their ass, and he did. It was comical how bad he made their attorney look in court. His experience and knowledge of the law is 2nd to none. After 10 minutes of watching the other attorney stuttering and stumbling on his words as not to be embarrassed again, I knew it was over and it was. Stavros said he would kick their ass and he did. I was recommended to Michele Anderson-West by an Employer Labor Attorney. Being an employee with a labor issue can be very intimidating and knowing who to turn to is probably the biggest issue. I was so very pleased with the service that Michele provided. She is knowledgeable, understanding and has a sense of humor. Throughout the entire process she was informative, timely and supportive. Working with Michele Anderson. at first this firm was okay. as we continued through out the process, everything changed i don't think Michele Anderson or Austin is as knowledgeable as i thought they were. i can not recommend this firm for any employment or contracts matters. my experience here wasn't very good at all. they used a bullying tactic where they told me to Settle or we are gonna withdraw. i refused to settle and i was asking question about laws and what the statues are and they withdraw and left me hanging. also i want to note they are afraid of going to trials. most the evidence was in my favor and she was afraid to go trial, she mention majority cases we settle. also she cant find one of my evidence and she is very un-organized. read more

I cannot speak for every lawyer here, as we only dealt with Sylvia Kralik, but she was very unhelpful and didn't do a single thing for us. We had a Family Law Custody case which lasted 5 months with only meeting in court 2 times. She charged us almost $5,000 and didn't accomplish anything. She actually tried to make it easier for the person our case was against. We ended up talking to the other party without her and settled the case without her being present or doing anything to help. She promised she would do things that never got done and she was immensely expensive and didn't help with our case at all. Also, when we were making monthly payments to her, she kept harassing us that it was not enough and we needed to pay more and proceeded to threaten us with a lawsuit. I would recommend that anyone and everyone should stay away from this law firm because of how unhelpful, unprofessional and the inexperience of Sylvia Kralik. read more
