I feel like a stern phone call from my attorney could promptly clear this up; however, that does not seem to be happening. Another month has passed and no progress or resolve. They may do well with simple cases in minor courts and in state clients for nothing more complicated than a DUI/simple possession charge, but anything other than that STAY AWAY. The firm was never able to effectively communicate with me. I asked for all correspondence to go through email on multiple occasions. Instead I get texts with wrong information sent to a family member the night before I'm supposed to have court in person in a city that is 500 miles away the next morning @ 8AM. This happened on multiple occasions and was never resolved. It was clear minimum time was spent on my case. As a client I was never given a copy of my discovery or plea agreement, nor were they ever read over with me by my attorney. I have never felt more rushed or confused entering a plea in my life. Finally, I was removed from billing and the firm filed to withdraw from council without talking to me about it, which resulted in a warrant for my arrest. I find this grossly incompetent and unethical. Do not trust this firm for anything non dui related. Do not trust this firm if you are an out of state client. Do not trust this firm if you found what they did to me unethical. They're more concerned with putting pronouns in their titles than actually doing real legal work. There are much better firms that are substantially cheaper.

After a court hearing, I scheduled a meeting with Steve to discuss my case and he was able to see me that day and time. His fee's were fair and affordable and he also offered a payment plan. I agreed to hire him as my representing attorney and forward we would move towards my case. Steve did a great job in explaining to me all that was involved and what our strategy was for our defense. Well needless to say after several hearings, I pleaded guilty to a lesser charge (originally a felony) and received 24 months probation with NO community service and a very low fine with a follow up hearing in 12 months to close the case on good behavior.. Now ideally we all want the case thrown out but in the real world, sometimes that just isn't the case.
