They treated the cases as routine and didn't talk to the client before court. Gave the impression how the plea and abeyance would take into an account certain circumstances which is not how it worked. The client would have been served just as well by a public defender. I also believe that because they didn't file paperwork on time there was a warrant for arrest in play until it was done. Very disappointed in the level of service. Most people who need an attorney don't know how legal system works and therefore need a little more guidance to the process. We did not get this.
