No sense of urgency for injuries to be fixed. Missing documents, excuses and broken software in their office. And now interest charges adding up. And no cares from them; as long as they get paid. At least they were honest about wanting maximum settlement money up front. I just wanted to get by body fixed. Well after the docs they sent me to to get simple diagnosis, and their cut... nothing left of this supposed settlement for the actual care I need.
