Trying my best to stay away from curse words I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy. You pay them yet they make you do all the ground work. Then they tell you to keep an eye on your email. By the way, your email explodes with spam. Therefore, every day you are going through thousands of emails to "maybe" find the one they sent you because they will not respect you enough to call you to tell you that they sent you one. God forbid you miss one and need them to resend it because If you call them to inquire about your case they treat you like an inconvenience or talk down to you as if you had no business calling them. We have used this company several years ago for various things and I can say it was a good experience and went smoother than expected. Beehive really did all the work filed anything that needed to be done and then met with us at the courthouse to speak with the judge. In addiiton to that they had reversed several garnishments that had taken place which I was very impressed when I actually opened the mail and saw the actual check. I never thought this was going to happen and I was not expecting it either but they made everyone pay us back after filing. They were genuine and were professional. p.s. they are busy and they have dates and requirements you have to follow through with as a client. they dont have time to check to make sure you did this or that so YOU DO WHAT YOU AGREED TO DO and THEY WILL SEE THE REST THROUGH. I am so impressed with the Beehive Advocate Team! I was very nervous and scared to file my Bankruptcy. I called them numerous times and had tons of questions. This company deserves a negative!!!! My tax preparer was preparing to file my taxes and notified me on 10/16/16 (10/15 is the extension dead line) that his system went down and he couldn't file my taxes on time but would get it done. In the email, he stated this was on him. I emailed and called trying to get ahold of the tax preparer (Patrick Brown) and got no response other than they would send me to a voice mail for the preparer but no one told me he had died (I mean no disrespect.) On my last phone call a couple months later they told me he had passed away and did not file my taxes! This caused me a $4000.00 penalty with the IRS. The owner of Beehive Advocates would not stand behind me or Patrick at all!!!! They should have contacted all of Patricks clients and rectified their accounts immediately but didn't bother to. I'd look elsewhere. After Patrick's death the remaining lawyers are less then helpful with his clients. It's unfortunate as you must use your lawyer to contact the bankruptcy trustees. The trustee won't speak to you in person, but with the remaining lawyers unwilling to return calls clients are left helpless. read more

These guys are great. From the moment we filed, they have done everything they could to help us. From day one the phone calls, garnishments, letters and even summons stopped. If I could go into a negative star rating I would. This company is seriously misleading and unfair in their practices. They sent my account to a collections agency for a payment declining. Multiple payments declining even though I'd call and make the payment thereafter. They'll belittle you. Interrupt you while you try and get clarity on the situation. Completely unprofessional. They will never call you if something is wrong with your account. They won't send you written notices. They'll do everything in their power to have your account fail so they can send this to a third party collections agency to instantly try and garnish your account. They won't disclose the name of the collection agency even though by law they are required to send you a written notice of where it's being sold to or at least have the common decency to let you know where it's going so you can be informed as a consumer. If I would have paid more of a close attention to the reviews that where made against this place I wouldn't of have came here. I expect attorneys to be transparent with their clients and if they don't want to do something like update a payment schedule, then don't do it. Not do it, and then later throw it in your face to how it was basically useless because your account still went past due because they'll only go based off the original contract you signed. If you make changes thereafter with their agreement it won't be valid in their eyes because they don't provide any sort of written notice to anything. They are a joke and a shady company. Steer clear from these people as they do not respect you as a client or even as a person. read more
