No matter how nice or persuasive the owner of the business is (and believe me she is very persuasive), do not provide your credit card information. Once you do, they will charge your credit card even if you tell them to stop charging. This is exactly what happened to me. I'm sorry that I have to post this negative report. I am not one to do this type of thing, but in this case, I believe I was really treated badly and unfairly. I normally assume positive intent when I deal with people or with businesses, that's what I did this time too. But unfortunately, my assumption was wrong about Professional Tutoring LLC. Although, I have reached out to the owner multiple times and nicely requested for them not charge my credit card and for them to refund the amount they have already charged, they always refer to a contract and refuse to discuss. All the niceness and the care they exhibited to get us to sign-up disappeared fast! They have now charged me $900+ for services not rendered! So, parents beware! Sossena
