He's not one of those people who are strict and "practice 24-7!" My dad is unpredictable. Who knew he was a school country wide gymnastics champion? Of particular concern was how a decision impacting a child was handled and communicated, which did not demonstrate the level of care, empathy, or age-appropriate judgment expected in a youth program. We hope leadership uses this feedback to improve structure, communication, and clearly define scope, fees, and responsibilities.
