In junior year of HS he breezed through Calculus BC and Physics with straight A's. Next year is Statistics in math, AP physics and yet another math class over the summer. He finds these classes interesting and fun! I think everyone would ace math if this was the normal curriculum and I wish it was. There was insufficient transparency around time commitment, what the program fees included, and overall expectations, which made planning difficult for families. Communication and coordination were inconsistent, and several processes appeared underdeveloped. Of particular concern was how a decision impacting a child was handled and communicated, which did not demonstrate the level of care, empathy, or age-appropriate judgment expected in a youth program. We hope leadership uses this feedback to improve structure, communication, and clearly define scope, fees, and responsibilities. Families may want to ask detailed questions about program expectations and policies before enrolling.
