I felt like a huge inconvenience to her the whole conversation.They have a no scent/fragrance policy and she was basically practically yelling at me saying that you must follow these instructions because everybody keeps not following them .And then she told me that they do their own x-rays there.She stated that if I had any x-rays previously done that they wouldn't accept them because they will only take their own .And I told her I just had X-rays done a week ago and they were high-quality 3-D x-rays mind you. She said no that if the dentist needs a particular picture of a certain area, then he would have to take them .I then asked her if he will need to take further x-rays, will I be able to decline ?and she said no. Xrays after procedure taken at another clinic show the bone wall busted and major trauma and destruction on the location because it was done violently. He didn't send us the bill nor trays he took during our visit.
