Here's what happened. I called Bobby at a company called : TCI Security Cameras at +1 (562) 922-3497 He returned my call within a few hours and scheduled an in home appointment for the following morning. Bobby is not only a personable, pleasant young man to work with, he is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to security cameras I price checked his bid with three other competitors and his price was right in the middle of the others who supplied a quote. I awarded Bobby and his crew the job; Bobby showed up with one helper within the week and completed the entire installation in one day My Rating......A++. I wish you good luck finding someone better. 10/10!! the BEST camera installation you can ever find in the OC/LA area!…read more I can't say enough good things about TCI! We were looking around for a security camera installer and stumbled upon their fantastic reviews on Yelp and Google and they did not disappoint! I gave them a call and they came the same following week! We had 8 CCTV cameras installed, and the quality of both the equipment and the installation is high quality and truly top-notch. What impressed me most was the speed and professionalism. They got all 8 cameras installed and set up within 4 hours!! The last place that did my installation took almost a week to complete lol. Pricing is fair, you get what you pay for! Bobby handled our install, and he was absolutely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He clearly knew his stuff and made the whole process smooth and easy! 1000% would recommend to everyone looking for reliable, high-quality camera installation. Again THANKKK YOU Bobby + the TCI team!

After losing all contact and information with their company I went to yelp to try to find a security company to install a system, I called their number and Elihu remembered me and asked is this Lucy? OMG!!! WOW!!! I found them! Well Elihu came out to our home again and gave us a GREAT system and price this time more upgraded and more features. During install we did have a failure of communication regarding one camera being placed in the wrong spot, after the job was done I noticed it and I told them that this was the wrong spot and they were more than gracious to place it where I wanted and needed it after the whole job was done and spending more than 8 hours working they still went out of their way to place the camera where I had asked them to without it being a problem. Thank you so very much for being here for us AGAIN! Anyone looking for a great security camera system look NO further Elihu and his crew are great and they do a great job!

They conducted an in-home assessment and quoted a price within hours. Unknown to Elihu, I did some serious AI analysis on his proposal and the equipment and labor charges were better than fair. When his guys showed up on time yesterday, they worked extra hours to finish the job before sundown and ran me through a compete tutorial on the system. Moreover, they were happy to make camera adjustments to meet my satisfaction even when that meant extra time high up on ladders and in the attic in almost 100 degree heat! All I can say is I'm thrilled with the job they performed and I fully recommend them!

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
