It is beyond obvious the amount of time he has spent (and spends) cooking to make his already delicious food even more so using only traditional ingredients from Belgium. On a separate note...I am utterly disgusted by the amount of negativity and ugliness in some of these reviews. Yes, we are are all entitled to our opinions. However, when you walk through someone else's front door you are entering the heart and soul of them. It is just sad that some have nothing else to do with their time than to just be negative. The waffle is literally made of spaghetti like the pressed a pile of spaghetti into the waffle iron. The sauce is sweet with chunks of tomato which I like. The chicken parm piece was good but a little small. 2 entrees for $30 so reasonably priced. The people are very nice and thr various options mean of course we have to go back.

So instead of telling me what they do have and letting me choose, they just made it on rye bread, and offered to remake it before even setting it down. Unfortunately, they also made the "gluten free" sandwich on rye bread which was discovered after my gluten-intolerant mom had eaten a bite. The whole experience was a confusing mess. They refunded our sandwiches and we ate somewhere else. My mom got a raspberry smoothie which she said was good and I got an iced coffee which was not good, I left that behind too. It's never a good sign when you somewhere for lunch and coffee and end up needing to go somewhere else for lunch and coffee after!
