They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Having a good recommendation from our best friend clinched the decision. The communication we had with Jack's was outstanding. The installers were very friendly, respectful, and competent. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The installation took a little longer than they anticipated (and about where we figured as it was a big job). Once the flooring was done, there were a few items that needed attention - normal for any project. The punch list was handled quickly and effectively with great communication. After, the project manager brought over several paint samples in an attempt to match the color of the trim. The worker was very industrious, put in long days and made sure I was happy with everything as he went along. There was a meeting with the estimator when the work was done. I noticed one corner that didn't appear to be finished. The project manager made sure that corner was fixed and another corner I had not noticed, but he felt was good enough. Everyone, including the office help, were courteous, pleasant, helpful and truly wanted me to be completely happy with the end result.

In my case, I had a bad outlet and it requires active listening and some diagnostic work. When the technician came out two weeks after being assigned, he put his tester into the outlet and it appeared fine. He looked at the breaker box and said it appeared fine. We told him when we plug the vacuum in, it stops working. He didn't attempt to replicate the problem. He insisted the wiring must be to blame. He told my home warranty company everything worked perfectly. We contacted him less than 15 minutes after he left to let him know it wasn't working but got no answer or response. We contacted the company's phone number and after 15 minutes on an automated phone hold, we left a message. Still, no response. Finally, I hired another company. The technician diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 10 minutes - replacing the faulty outlet.

There was almost no mess to clean up inside. The final product looks fantastic.
