The executive chef is Colombian, his chef de cuisine is Scottish and there's a ton of Japanese influence in the food. Oh and they cook everything over live fire. Maybe one of the more intriguing dining experiences I've had in a while . the produce is top notch and they are cooked with care. the beverage pairings came as cocktails, sake and various wines. The team is very international in flare and they took extra good care of us. It's mesmerizing to be able to sit at the kitchen and see all the magic happen in front of you.
