Greek RICE BOWL Gyro RICE BOWL Hummus To Go
Dennis H.

My lady and I were in the mood for anything Mediterranean for dinner, and have passed Hummus House countless times but never tried it. After reading other great reviews and drooling over the photos, the decision was made! Despite the traffic in the area, the parking lot was very easy to get in and out of. We spotted people leaving with big bags of takeout and knew we made the right choice. The inside of the restaurant was spotless and quite cozy. In the future I'll try to eat there, but tonight was to go! The young lady that helped us was VERY patient with our first-timer questions. The bowls she made us were so full of food and quite heavier than I expected. We finished the order with a jumbo hummus, trying both Guacamole and Roasted Garlic. As you can see from the photo: it is a ton of food. With tip it was close to $40 but it provided us a fulfilling dinner AND delicious leftovers for lunch. The pita bread they provided was so warm and beautiful salty. 5 stars for the freshness, quality ingredients, ability to customize, and the service from the young women running the place. Will definitely return for my "Greek Fix"

I'm hooked ! My assistant ordered me the Philly cheese steak bowl last week and I craved it since !! It's fresh , full of flavor and my new go to when I'm between clients !

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I really wish Yelp could add a .5 rating. My actual rating for this place is a 3.5. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. I got a gyro rice bowl and my husband got a Buffalo chicken rice bowl. The portions for meat were rather cheap I felt. I think they could of definitely put more meat. We were both left with a whole bunch of rice at the end of our meal. The topping options or not bad but I wish they had more options that matched the mediterranean theme. All in all I'm not sure if I would return. Noting was bad by any means, it was all just mediocre. You know?

Once I gave it a try about a year or so ago, ii has been my go to for healthy and Mediterranean food. You can build your own pita, salad bowl or rice bowl. They have some suggestions if you don't want to create your own and they are pretty tasty. I always get the Chicken Bowl but I have tried the Southwest rice bowl and their Chicken Pita and both were delicious! The chicken is super tasty and marinated in a delightful mix of spices that makes the bowl yummy and tasty. The place is clean, gets a lot of traffic and to go orders. The staff is nice, attentive and their are more than happy to answer any questions.

This place was great if you are looking for something healthy, and fast. Parked up in the designated spots outside the restaurant. It was fairly quiet on a Friday evening but still decided to try the express order machines.. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant, and service was very fast. Took our food to go, but waited at a table until a member of staff called my name and brought the food over to us! Overall it was a good experience, with most of the bowls around $13.99, I'd say you get a decent amount of food for that.

So gooey!

We ordered Hummus House via Uber Eats. They had bogo fries and chocolate chip cookie dew that caught my eye. I got a gyro salad and my husband got falafel salad. The gyro meat seemed a bit generic like they probably didn't cook it there themselves but the flavor was still good. The falafel was yummy too. The salad topping choices were great and turned out yummy. I got chickpeas, feta, kalamata olives, cucumber, and tomato. The fry "scoops" were great and came with tzatiki to dip. The chocolate chip cookie totally stole the show at the end. So gooey crisp on the edges. So much chocolate! It was around $12 for a salad with meat which is a tad expensive. I'd definitely order from here against

I created this myself. It's basically the Philly cheesesteak rice bowl but with chicken and no cheese

This place is absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for years now and it's a staple in my weekly lunches. The service here is awesome and every is very friendly. I think I've tried most everything here and it's all good. The salads and bowls are HUGE and the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. You can create your own of everything on the menu which is also nice.

My only regret is not trying this spot sooner! The food is absolutely crave-worthy, and the service is solid. We will definitely be back.

We had a reservation for 3 and still had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. The waiting area is just one bench across from the hostess stand and it can get pretty congested at peak hours. It might be better to wait outside. This place is on a busy street but there are some reasonable garages and parking lots close by. They have a smart casual dress code, so this is the type of place you want to dress nicely and look your best. Most of the staff and guests look like models. Please also be advised that it's dimly lit to sent a nice moody vibe. The service staff are also very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we ordered had great presentation, texture and flavor. They brought us a delicious basket of super thin and crispy flat bread to the table. I had the flambèed halloumi, Greek salad and brazino filet. The portions are decent but to be expected at this price point. Order the whole branzino if you want a bigger portion. You will most likely not have leftovers unless you order the pastas. The pasta dishes were generous and delicious as well. My friend had the lobster pasta which was light and the other had the rigatoni. I'd definitely come here again and recommend it for a girls night, sexy date or group celebratory outing.

However, it was very cold inside which most people would probably enjoy during the summer. I wish I had brought in my jacket. I ordered on the app before I walked in so that I could take my time looking through the options. Ordering in person here is very similar to ordering at Chipotle where you direct them with your base, mains, veggies and sauces. I arrived about minutes before my expected pickup time. There is a large rack where all of the pick up orders are at. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was asked for my name, along with another person who was waiting. Within a couple of minutes, the girl came out with our to go orders. I elected to eat in. Unfortunately, many of the tables were dirty but I managed to score a semi clean table. I feel like my bowl was lacking in quantity for the amount that I paid. If I had ordered in person, im positive there would've been almost double the amount based on the orders I saw while waiting for my food. Even the dressings were scarce. They were half full if that. I had to ask for more dressings which the girl happily accommodated me with full cups this time around. The BYO chicken bowl was flavorful. I would come back to try them again but likely at another of their locations.

Relaxed vibes and service. The friendly vibe feels closer to what you get in Portugal or Brazil (I clearly haven't been to Greece) vs. the U.S.: a little messier and a bit slower, but genuinely warm and down-to-earth. I still need to try their gyros, which have received a lot of praise from other Yelpers. The also have a small selection of Greek wine and beer, and we tried one of each. If you're looking for a spot to dine out where you don't have to worry about being too dressed up or too dressed down, want to avoid AC blasting on your head, and just enjoy comfortable Mediterranean food, this is the place.

I got a mushroom/ chicken /onion/ feta pizza and the pita bread (crust) was good, chicken tasked frozen and mushrooms were slimy. My boyfriend got a Gyro, it was very bland, drenched in Tzatziki, and luke warm. As for the tzatziki Sauce it tased like a mayo based sauce instead of greek yogurt. I'm so sad to rate this place so low but unfortunately we will not be coming back.
