I'm doing a salad challenge with my coworker this week and I decided to try them since my former favorite closed. This place had a bogo chicken Ceasar so I lept! This salad was AMAZING! I have been on the hunt for a healthy but fulfilling lunch spot! So I decided to try fresh&co since it looked good. I ordered it from Doordash. The Chicken Shawarma was a good sized bowl. I liked all the additions to add texture and flavor variety. I did find the pickles very weird in here and found myself avoiding them. I think the flavor was okay but I've definitely had better bowls from other places. The price here is good and it's a good amount of food though. I personally would not order from here again just because I rather eat at the other "healthy bowl" places around Winter Park. read more

Fresh&Co is one of my favorite fast casual, healthy options. Everything you get here is fresh and delicious- hence the name. Food: 5/5. The Chicken Shawarma bowl is our go to. It is healthy, filling and packed with flavor. All of the toppings perfectly compliment each other. I have also created my own bowl and it was really good too, they have lots of options and the grilled chicken was delicious. They also have an assortment of hot options. I ordered a create my own hot bowl with their mac and cheese and spicy chili tenders- it was good, but just a bit spicy. Service/Ambiance: 5/5.The employees are always nice and attentive. One of the downsides to the Winter Park location though, is it is a bit small inside and essentially no indoor seating compared to the Dr. Phillips location. Overall experience: 5/5. Orlando is severely lacking healthy, fast options, and fresh&co is the place to go. read more

Fresh. Tasty. Healthy! What more can you ask for? Fresh & co features a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, bowls and more! I got the mixed bowl where you choose a base (rice), two veggies (carrots and sweet potato), and a protein (fried chicken). This bowl was loadedddd. I had to take some of it home! I particularly enjoyed the sweet potatoes. I could eat just a bowl of that They also had kombucha on tap! Will have to try that next time. Stop in before you take a stroll on Park Ave! read more

I started coming here as an alternative to Panera as my go to quick service spot for cheaper, healthier food on Park Avenue. I LOVE the variety they offer; I can get all sorts of salad combos depending on how I feel that day. The employees have always been friendly. There's not much in the way of ambience, and seating is outside on the sidewalk, which can be good for people watching. My only complaint would be that the 3 times I've used the online ordering, they food has not been ready at the indicated time. One time I waited 20 minutes past the time - it would have been faster to just get in line! Otherwise, I enjoy coming here and love the food. read more

Wanted to try it but this happened. About $50 of food ‍ Wanted to try it as they just opened. People were friendly and food was fresh as not everything was ready. Had to take it elsewhere because they only have 2 tables outside that were occupied They are kind enough to remake the order. I would definitely come here again. I've now been to Fresh&Co many times and they have regularly given me a great experience. While I had a few meh experiences early on, I can confidently say I am now a fan! I especially love their sandwiches! I've tried several different sandwiches and I love all of them. I've had the roasted turkey, Buffalo blue cheese chicken, and most recently, the roast beef with horseradish aioli. The fillings, bread, and condiments are always perfect and I love stopping in on the go. Service is nice and the restaurant is always clean and feels refreshing. Came for first time. Attendants had music so loud she could barely hear us. We got the falafel salad. Falafel was a bit dry and not very flavorful. We sat outside and what do I see from the window? the attendant on her phone with the food gloves on and going back and forth between serving food and back holding phone. This was by far the best 'bowl' place I have ever been to. It trumps cava, bolay, fresh kitchen, just salad, hummus house, chipotle, you name it. The first time I came I got the Chicken Shawarma grain bowl and the portions were crazy. I was able to eat it for lunch and dinner and it was just as delicious for left overs (didn't even get soggy) I also got the iced latte which I would pass on next time... nothing special. This last time I came we tried the Chicken Fresco sandwich and the Crispy Chicken & Mozzarella sandwich. Both were to die for. Super filling and delicious, I couldn't even pick a favorite. The crispy chicken kind of tasted like a chicken parm sammie and the other had a little kick. Overall a great experience and it's on park Ave so doesn't get much better than that. Stopped in about a month ago to pick up a to go order that I placed through the app. There was no one else in the store. I went in and was not acknowledged at all. The young girl behind the counter was clearly on her phone with an Airpod in, I could see this. I stood there for a few minutes even said excuse me a couple times and was still ignored. She finally realized I was standing right there and I said I had a mobile order to pickup; had to show her on my phone that I had placed it. Then she was able to tell me that they were still working on it.. this was fine as I did arrive a few minutes early. When my order was bagged up and ready, my drink was not Included. Was this her negligence? It was a can of soda so I don't know if It was intended that I grab it for myself from the cooler (which is what I did). Another customer came in while I was waiting, they were also not acknowledged so they left! Certainly that one employee didn't care, but if management allows poor customer service to happen that's even worse. As far as the food goes, I wasn't pleased especially given the high price point. I ordered the roasted turkey and cheddar sandwich and did ask for extra chipotle spread, however, the spread was put on before the sandwich was heated up. Therefore , it completely melted into the bread and made it impossible to eat without everything falling out. The taste wasn't as good either. To be fair, i'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be made and it was my fault for requesting extra spread but in the future, I would ask for the spread on the side; That would have been much better. The other item I purchased was the turkey cranberry side salad and that was dry and had barely any flavor. Total bill was just under $25. I don't think I will be visiting a Fresh and Co anytime soon and I would not recommend this particular location. read more

I order from this business on door dash and they usually get my order right but the last 2 times I have ordered from here they gave me the incorrect order. I pay for extra chicken and dressing and did not receive either and all I get back is $5 door dash credit. Very disappointing. read more

This is a nice spot for a quick meal in Winter Park. I came for breakfasts and ordered a ham egg and cheese on a croissant. It was good especially for the price. Additionally I ordered the fresh pressed green juice. It was ok, not too sweet, but it ran me almost $9. There isn't anywhere to sit inside but outside is some tables setup to take in the downtown Winter Park area. May not be some where I'd frequent but nice to know it's here. read more

It's just okay. Purchased two salmon bowls over rice for the two of us. I ordered brussel sprouts, and they were terrible. No taste and they did not trim the stems off. Just lazy. The fish was barely warm, and the entire dish was lacking flavor. I suspected it would not be good as everything is premade. All they do is scoop it out of holding bins at the warming table. Could have gone to McD for a lot less money. Next time, I'll find someplace else. read more

Not to sound overly dramatic but the peanut butter mood booster is my favorite drink on the planet. Even better than that, the service is a 10/10. The staff are incredibly friendly and are willing to help as much as they can. I was even offered a special discount when I came in at the wrong time that the discount had happened by mistake. I'll never forget it! The only downside I can say is that the food is a little bit pricey but the quality makes it worth it. read more
