From previous owners and the new owners (thinking I'm helping small business even though it's super $$ for these drinks). Today before class, like I always do. I ask to order my same smoothie and wellness shot to pick up after my yoga class. I usually stay after yoga to shower and chat w the instructors and other yogis. One day I was late picking up but I eventually got there. It seemed fine. I remember the interaction bc the original owner was there who is never there and I was so happy to see him. He was telling me about the new location he opened DT. Then the next time I asked for my usual before class the arrogant guy was there. I said sorry I threw my stuff down and just throwing in my order and I'll pay when I pick up. He says. Yea well you forgot to pick up last time and didn't pay. I was like "what?" That can't be true. I always have my routine. And I pick up right after and I notice if I pay bc it's cost $17-19 not including the tip I give EVERY SINGLE TIME. I explained I always pick up. And I definitely always pay. I think of small businesses as something I want to help keep open. Not add to the burden. His arrogance was over the top. I was so offended. I realized he was talking about the day I came late. My drink sat probably 20m longer than usual bc I got caught up talking to an instructor. And I noticed how late I was to pick it up bc the juice was colder and the protein settled to the bottom. It didn't taste as good. But also I saw the NICE brother/family member who took over and started this location. He worked every day w out any time off. And he was the NICEST guy unlike his brother/family member who is arrogant AF. I was so happy to see him and we chatted and I apologized for being late. His arrogant brother was talking about that day and how he took my order and thought I never came back bc he left and never saw me pick up. If you're going to accuse someone of something. AT LEAST BE RIGHT. Instead you're such a bad business owner that you're willing to not only push out a customer over nothing but also someone who consistently purchased from you. What a terrible business decision. Of course I am not only sharing my experience on here but w everyone I know in the studio to say: Please do not give your business to a man like this. He is cold and dead inside. And SMILED when he accused me of something he was WRONG about bc he his emotional intelligence isn't at a level to understand he might not know the entire story.
