Hands down amazing experience. I've never been to a spa or done any of these treatments before but…read moreI got the Shiny Pearl and I definitely felt like one after. The staff was so kind and helped explain all the facilities and gave suggestions on which to use at what time. The treatment itself was heavenly. And all the facilities were so clean! They have a bunch of different hair/skin products to use after your treatment and they have tea, a coffee machine, water and snacks in case you're in need of some sustenance during your visit. They even have an ATM near the entrance if you forget cash for your tip, or you can Venmo/Zelle. I will 100% be coming back!

Facilities were clean and lovely, they have the spas and massage rooms on the first floor and a clay and salt room on the second floor. There is a vanity room where there are plenty of snacks and water/coffee/tea for you to rehydrate yourself with. I believe you get an hour before and after your appointment to enjoy all the amenities. And if you get the scrub highly recommend coming early and softening up your skin in the spas beforehand. I got the silverbell 1 hour message, which comes with the scrub, massage, and also a hair wash. The lady was super gentle and checked in on me whether that was the water temperature, scrub pressure or the massage strength. I thought with everything going on in this it might feel too rushed but time felt well budgeted.

Navid is an absolute gem of a masseuse and I will be requesting him every time I visit Burke…read moreWilliams. I came in for a 50-minute deep tissue massage this past Sunday (not my first visit, been to BW multiple times and by far my favorite visit) - and I say this having recently experienced massages at two other highly-rated luxury spas in the last 5 weeks, one in Santa Fe and one in Guanacaste, Costa Rica - Navid's was by far one of the best I've had in a very long time. What sets him apart starts with his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and wonderfully reverent - you feel at ease the moment you're in his care. But it's his technical skill that truly elevates the experience. His touch, pressure, and precision are A+. Every movement felt intentional, every pressure point felt considered. This wasn't just a massage - it was therapeutic artistry. I left feeling genuinely restored and felt wonderful afterwards. And one more thing - he mentioned that his skills truly come to life in a 90-minute session, and after experiencing just 50 minutes, I have absolutely no doubt. That is already on my calendar. His name, Navid, means 'Good News' - and I can't think of a more perfectly appointed name for someone who delivers exactly that, one massage at a time. Thank you, Navid!

I've always had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It's one of my favorite places for a girls' spa day or to celebrate a special occasion. I've also brought my mom here for Mother's Day and birthdays, which makes for a really nice experience together. The spa has a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. They also offer gift cards that can help you save a little money, which is great if you visit regularly or want to give someone a spa day as a gift. Definitely a wonderful place for self-care or celebrating with someone special!

A Hidden Gem for Busy Professionals to Relax and Recharge…read more I tried a scalp treatment while traveling in China a while back, and it was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. I've been wanting to experience one again ever since, so I was excited to finally find a place in the Bay Area that offers scalp treatments, facials, and nail services all in one. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The appointment started with a scalp analysis, which showed that my scalp is quite sensitive. After years of coloring and perming my hair, I even had some small areas of irritation. Based on the results, my therapist selected products that were specifically suited for sensitive scalps. The entire treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the massage pressure was just right. I felt completely relaxed and almost fell asleep again. After that, I had a mini facial. My esthetician, Chloe, was so attentive. She shaped my eyebrows and customized the treatment based on my skin's condition, including deep cleansing, hydration, and soothing care. We finished with a calming sheet mask, and my skin felt noticeably more hydrated and glowing afterward. Overall, I was really impressed with everything--from the atmosphere and service to the treatments themselves. The scalp treatment and mini facial together cost around **$140**, which is a great value for the Bay Area. They also have a weekday promotion: from Monday through Friday, you'll receive a complimentary manicure when you book either a facial or a scalp treatment. If you have time to go on a weekday, it's an even better deal. If you've been feeling stressed from work and want to treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation, I definitely think this place is worth checking out.

I go there for manicures, pedicures, and haircuts. When I first came there, I was very impressed with the overall cleanliness and appearance of the shop. The pedicure chairs looked fairly new, and the massage mode worked great. I really like how plastic sheets is used in the chair tub, very sanitary. So I did note that there are some 1 star reviews, many of which are 1-2 years old. I am only going to focus on my experience. On my first visit, a very nice lady named Kim greeted me. She was very polite and gave me a great haircut exactly to my specs. I really needed a pedicure, but being an older male, I feel embarrassed about this. I asked Kim, who assured me many men have them. I really like this and have even had manicures. So the last thing I want to mention is that every time I visit, the salon is busy with hair and nail customers. It seems to be well staffed, and everything they do looks outstanding. I have only worked with Kim, but the other staff has always been nice to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

This business is located very close to my friend's home. We came on a Tuesday, late afternoon. They were empty, no customers. I thought "Great, undivided attention!" Unfortunately, the service was lacking and we were charged more than the prices posted outside and inside the business. The staff said because I wasn't paying cash I don't get the discounted posted prices. My friend's $30 pedicure (no polish) became a $35 pedicure, and my $20 manicure became a $22 manicure. I didn't mind my $2 up charge, because it's a lesson learned to ask before receiving services (my bad). I refuse to tip on my friends pedicure(they asked for tip), but tipped $3 on my manicure. Please see my photo of my nail, the cuticle is messy and my polish was uneven and bubbly. I will always pay for services received, but I will not come back or recommend E Spa and Salon.
