Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! I was able to drop off the PC the next morning since I didn't have time that same day. I got a call back letting me know the repairs were completed and everything was good to go. When I got home everything was working great except I was still having an issue with the mouse cursor running a bit slow when I used Excel. They had me bring the PC back and everything looked good at the shop, they suggested that I test out a wired connection (which they kindly loaned to me) and sure enough that did it. I moved my PC to the other side of my desk and tried my wireless mouse out and everything worked fine. I must have had some kind of interference from my work devices that were on the same side.
