Mandeep and Stephany were really good and helped me get into the car I was looking for, moonroof, heated seats, ect. However, the car I test drove and the car I received didn't have the same regular features. The car I test drove had power seating but the car I bought had manual adjusted seats. I wasn't told the car I bought had manual seating until after I had purchased it and was disappointed that I spent all that money for manual seats, when the rest of the car had all these upgraded features. There was a little miscommunication when it came time to pick up my vehicle, the salesmen didn't know anything about the car starter, and I found a dirty and wrong size trunk cover in the back of my new car. If I didn't go through it, I would have driven away with dirty, mismatch accessories. However, I spoke with Kyle (manager) and he compensated me for my troubles with free gas and a car wash. However, when I got my car back it was covered with circular scratches that come from an automated car wash. I also purchased a protection spray for my car, but it doesn't seem like its protecting from anything! I have scratches on my car and rust underneath.2/10 would not recommend.

The sales guy nathan then told me all the reasons that the dealer they chose valued it.wrong After finnaly agreeing on a price and.giving them.my Cc for a deposit.. ..the sales guy calls me to say he has to lower the trade in by 4k. They should have hundreds of reviews, but their rating got so bad they had to start from scratch again. Bought a car from them 4.5 years ago, absolute nightmare, had a deal with the salesman to buy a brand-new Insight for $30,000 plus the 6.7% interest only. The shady finance department butchered the first contract up so bad, they had me owing over $48,000. After revisions, they then, conveniently forgot to change the bi-weekly payment from $267 bi-weekly to roughly $225 bi-weekly. I pointed it out to the girl in finance, and she said, "it's been already sent off to the bank, but ensured me that with the larger payments, the term would therefore shorten from 7 years to roughly 5.5". It made sense to me, so I believed her. OK, in retrospect, believing her after trying to overcharge me the first time, wasn't smart. But never thought a large auto maker like that would try to screw someone over a second time after being caught the first time. But hats off to St. Albert Honda, because they pulled it off. It's kind of like being warned by a referee for bumping into the other teams goalie, nodding in agreement with the ref, then punching the goalie in the head the minute the refs back is turned. Long story slightly shorter, I still have $11,400 still owing on a $30,000 car loan after paying $267 bi-weekly for 4.5 years of a supposed 5.5 year term. No matter how many auto loan calculators I used, including Honda's, I should only have roughly $6500 owing. This particular bank no longer deals with St. Albert Honda, and I can see why. Run the other waaaaaaay, unless you have an extra $5000 to spare!!!!!!

I live 5 hours away and offered a deposit to hold the vehicle but he declined and stated he would hold the vehicle without a deposit for 24hrs and because we had quite a distance to travel he even stated he would hold the vehicle until the end of the day. We are so pleased with the vehicle- the vehicle came with inspections and all repairs completed as a consequence of this. On my drive out of Edmonton I noted that I even had a nearly full tank of gas which was so appreciated as I tried to maneuver my way out of the +++ detoured due to +++ construction throughout the city. In fact, we asked Brad if he locates another vehicle to our liking to consider it sold!

For instance my mom wanted to pay for winter studded tires for me, and the front end was being a pain in the ass about it. So I talked to the service manager and low and behold she gave me a pre authorized payment form for my mom to fill out and fax back to me to authorize a payment from her for my purchase. Great service department, amazing actually. The parts and service department talk with each other, they know what they need, they bought and buy extra winter studded tires for winter and sell them at a discounted rate the next year. The ones I bought and have on are some of the best winter tires you can buy, tires warehouse couldn't beat VW's price, I was very impressed. Basic services are a bit pricey but hey, labour is expensive and I don't have a garage and tools to do it myself so I'm not going to complain. Oh and this entire emissions scandal, please.....there is. I thing wrong with my car and it still meets our provinces standards. But hey I'll take something if they give it to me.
