I've come to this Toyota about 6 times now. And something always goes wrong…read more Today was the last straw, we will be going to a different Toyota to do servicing and details from now on. We came in for a shampoo and detail, as well as a quick diagnostic report. We were told at 9:30am that everything would take one hour, and then the shampoo drying time would be 3 hours. We checked in to see what the status was for waiting at 12:00pm, they had not even started anything yet. We don't have the time to wait longer when it hasn't even started so we canceled the entire thing and are waiting for them to bring our car back so we can leave... It's 1:00pm and they still aren't able to bring our car back, when we've had no work done! We've just wasted nearly 4 hours (and counting) for nothing! Don't waste your time, go to a different Toyota. Only saving grace is they always have property brothers playing in the waiting area.

The general manager and principle called it poor communication but they were just protected themselves ,never did hear from owner about my concerns after multiple emails . I had to deal with general manager because my salesperson (who was terrific was away) . I have bought many new cars over the years and this experience was one of the worst if not the worst. Ended up buying my LC500 out of Quebec and had it shipped to edmonton and it was still cheaper and a way better experience . Just saying at this time you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience with this dealership . I have talked to Lexus Canada and they should hear from them , I never have . Do you homework with this dealership and be careful who you deal with . I will report back once I use their service department hopefully that manager knows what he is doing better than the others ,there is only two dealerships in Edmonton and the other is on the other side of the city so I will see how its run .Wish me luck

We were asked at the time of sale to rate the dealership and complete a review online at the time…read moreof purchase for our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. We attended Wolfe GMC Buick on June 11th to view a used 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ. The Sales team member Mo was very responsive and was willing to stay late to meet with us in the evening which we appreciated.  During the test drive, the check engine light had come on following acceleration and on return, we had asked staff to look into the same and requested a tune up as this was the likely cause.  The service team tested the Tahoe twice and we were told that there was nothing found, however they were willing to do the tune up anyway as a condition of sale.  We picked up the Tahoe on June 16, 2025. On June 22, 2025, the engine light came on again and stayed on.  On June 23, 2025 we brought the Tahoe to a Garage and the check engine code read Misfire on Cylinder 7 - the code was subsequently cleared. Later the same day, my husband emailed Curtis Jensen advising that the check engine light was on again and the response was to direct us to the sales department. Mo called later the same day advising this was not their problem. On June 27, 2025 , I was with my son on the highway on our way to our lake lot when the check engine light came on again as well as the service Stabilittrak light.  The vehicle immediately ran rough, would not accelerate and smoke was coming out the tailpipes. Luckily we were not far from home and I was able to limp back home. We subsequently had the Tahoe towed to a Garage on July 2, 2025 where after diagnostics were completed they determined that the left side Head of the engine was recently removed and someone had changed out the lifters with non-GM parts which were found to be seized. The mechanic also noted that the Oil Sender was broken and glued back together.   On Friday July 25th, I emailed Mo, Curtis and their managers with the information above and requested support in covering the cost of repairs and never received a response.  On July 29th, I emailed Mo, Curtis, their managers and the General Manager and never received a response.  I have also left phone messages for the General Manager requesting a call back on August 1st and on August 5th however still have not received a response.  When meeting with Finance Manager, Curtis Jensen, we were assured that this dealership was honest and would never sell anything that they would not sell to their own family.  Mo assured us that this dealership does not sell vehicles with engine problems.  After the stress and financial strain that we have been put through despite assurances from the Wolfe GMC Buick sales team that we were buying a good reliable vehicle all we were asking for was support to rectify the issue and have been ghosted instead.

They arranged for a rental (less than 2000 km.) brand new. They drove us to Hertz. He even held my car door for me. The staff at Wolfe were happy, attentive, and very helpful. The car was repaired by 3:30 pm. the next day. The price was appropriate for the work involved. In the end we are extremely happy and they covered the cost of the rental. Makes you lower and lower what you will take so he gets more in his own pocket. Misdirects you from the contract and lies. Makes you think one thing, while you're signing for sometime completely different. Make sure you understand what you are signing 100%. I asked about a part of the contract STRAIGHT UP! And he directed my eyes to another piece of paper to "break it down" then got me to sign quickly. Yeah, my mistake. Because he lied through his teeth so he would get more money for himself. He profited over $710 from me after one week of my vehicle being there. Does that sound like a FLAT FEE???? This guy cares about one thing only. Taking as much as he can get. And giving you barely anything for your property that's worth way more.

I"m not very seasoned in purchasing trucks but I do have years of Business experience and I was from out of town and trying to purchase a truck in their inventory. After making up my mind that maybe this truck might fit our bill, I called for the third time and a man named Norm picked up. Never spoke to him the first few times. He was extremely aggressive and demanded Immediately that WE HAVE NO BILL OF SALE and a $2000.00 dollar non-refundable deposit for a truck with no inspection and no viewing? I said I'm just trying to organize the purchase? So after his UNKIND words I was concerned as this seemed very wrong. Who gives an angry rude person you've never met a $2000.00 deposit for a Used truck you've not seen? This was a major red flag as you need to see the truck, YES? Wouldn't you? I needed to book a flight and accommodations so this was a serious risk.This made me nervous so I said I think you've lost a deal. The Response was truly unbelievable, Norm Screamed at me with profanities. I'm in such shock I'm posting on Yelp for the first time in my life. Lastly a deposit is for first right of refusal. Not to stall a sale if a second party came to the table!!! TRUCKS FOR LESS- worst sales experience of my business life. Zero trust in this company.
