As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. The lady who answered initially said she'd call me back, I waited an hour and called them again. The man who answered had an attitude from the beginning minus his greeting. talked over me when I'm trying to understand why I'm being charged so often. He stated the $230 payment was for a January 31st appointment, then $101 for February. I asked why it was not set up to come out 30 days later. He wanted to argue with me instead of just coming up with that solution himself. He did end up offering a refund for today and changing the date, but for the amount of money this service has so far cost me I won't be continuing based on his poor customer service. We're a young family of 4 and I don't have the time to argue with a customer service agent over (I feel) a simple issue that could've been resolved without such a problem and the fact I was willing to pay monthly... just not over $400 in such a short amount of time.
