I as a parent a light shower and cloudy day did not bother me what so ever but putting my son or anyones child in danger is not something am open minded at all . As the day before I inquired if camp was going to be avaliable but recieved no answer after several attempts that morning prior to attending camp finally got a text message back "yes camp will go on ;-)". I dialed the camp number again and she finally answered I asked where and how was the camp going to go on she answered Veteran's park under an open pavilion the thunderstorms will pass and they will fish from the dock there will be plenty of activities. My gut feeling SIREN TURNED on as I glanced at my window and saw how hard the rain and lightening was hitting and I immediately told myself I would not have him attend As the weather started turning bad at 8:47 am I send an email stating that my son will not be able to attend for two days due to the severe weather conditions and would like for the days to be made up she had a counselor write back and tell me that they could only give me a voucher for after the summer to use .. also informed me that no child missed camp today only mines I find that extremely had to believe and I find that unacceptable .. I signed my son up for surf camp and due to severe lightening storms he was unable to attend .. Either way I would not trust a women who does n't care about the safety of her students only the $$$$. I will upload images of not only the weather report but her email response . Exposing Children out in lightenting whilel it pours because you don't want to loose money is not the summer camp experience I want any child or parent to have to go through. I will not only report this person to the state but let everyone know what this women stands for.

They instead ordered pizza because they brought wet coal and couldn't start the BBQ at the park. Other families nearby were BBQing. Not us. After the party we complained and Maya apologized and assured us they would refund us half the cost. After a week of texting and emailing her, the company never voluntarily reimbursed us. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card. In short, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Recently joined YMCA…read more Absolutely loving all the amenities plus love the fact they are so family friendly. I can drop off my son while I work out. He loves the children area and soon his baby swimming lessons. Love the teachers here who are so caring and nice. So far I have taken a few group classes and enjoyed them. The gym is nice as well with good updated equipment. I like the cleanliness and variety of the machines. The only thing that could get a upgrade is the bathroom shower area. It seems a little dated. Overall a good gym option if you have kids or are in Boynton Beach area. ~

Our son has been enrolled at KLA Boynton Beach for over three years, starting when he was just over…read morethree months old. In the beginning, we truly loved the school. Under Miss Terri's leadership, it felt warm, consistent, and professionally run. Miss Martha, who worked with the infants, was exceptional and played a huge role in our decision to enroll. Back then, the staff felt experienced and connected to the families. Unfortunately, the school has changed significantly, especially under the new director, Dena. This past year has been the most difficult for us. Staff turnover has been constant--teachers come and go without any communication to the parents. At the beginning of the year, I met a lovely teacher at open house, only to find she was gone within a few weeks. No notice, no introduction to the new teacher--just a revolving door of unfamiliar faces. Most concerning was the lack of support during our son's potty training. We had specifically communicated, multiple times, that we needed the daily progress reports updated for medical reasons, especially so we could track bowel movements. Despite stressing the importance and necessity of this, the reports were rarely, if ever, completed accurately. It was frustrating, disappointing, and inexcusable. There's clearly a lack of training and support among the staff, and it reflects in the daily operations. Given how expensive KLA is, it simply doesn't live up to the high expectations or reputation it once had. It's a real shame, because it used to be a place we felt proud to be part of. We hope the school can take a serious look at its leadership and staffing issues, and return to the quality and care that originally set it apart. Until then, we can't recommend it to other families in good faith.

This is a hardcore, family-run surf shop in a world where shops like this are a dying breed, and somehow it absolutely delivers. The owner, Ryan, clearly has a genuine passion for surfing and for the shop itself. I've spent most of my adult life in Hawaii, and in my opinion, Ryan has a real aloha spirit about him. He's super nice, welcoming, and actually knows what he's talking about when it comes to the boards he sells -- no hype, no BS, just real knowledge and care. It's honestly kind of wild to find such a cool, well-run surf shop in an area with such subpar surf, but that's exactly what makes Nomad special. It feels authentic, not commercial, and run by someone who truly loves the sport.
