We picked up the computer and hooked up the brand new speakers, it didn't work. I called him to tell him that the audio still wasn't working and sent my computer back to finish the repair on the audio. This time he reconfigured the speakers for which he charged another 25.00. Please note these speakers were fresh out of the box $9.00 speakers from Walmart which could have been exchanged for another pair. We picked up the computer once again, I hooked every up but still no audio. I recalled that he had mentioned that the back plugs didn't work so I tried the front and it worked, I had audio. I called him and asked him about the plugs in the back of the computer and why he didn't repair it. Well he tried to talk me through settings to turn on the back of the computer. Unfortunately I wasn't seeing the same thing he was and tried to tell him and I tried to explain this to him and he began to raise his voice telling me that I needed to go to the right of the screen and our screens were the same. I tried to tell him that I was becoming frustrated and needed to stop. He continued to raise his voice. Finelly, after 4 times of me telling that I really needed to try this another time he ended the call. The next day, January22, I called him and put a friend on the phone. He managed to talk her through systems and power was restored on the back of the computer. My question is why did he work on my camera and speakers and not restore the back of the computer and why was I charged twice when the repair when it wasn't fixed the first time, I will never go back to Viking Tech and I recommend that you avoid him.
