After waiting a few days I call back as the part STILL hasn't came in. This time Bill states that his "guy" at the warehouse says they don't have another one of these parts in stock so it was never shipped and I'd be receiving a refund. Still no refund so I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. Forgot go mention I had to call several times to get Bill because he was never "in" and the female that answered the phone knew nothing. Not a way to run a business, avoid at all costs.

I dropped my laptop off to be repaired in what I believe is capable hands…read more Not only did they install a keyboard when I specifically asked them NOT to by forcing it into my laptop and damaging it so badly that it later fried the entire device, but they did NOT fix the broken fan that I asked them to repair. They blew out the fan and left it in the device, damaged, with bearings falling out. It took them a month and over $200 to ruin my machine. I can only imagine that they had no respect for me because I don't appear to be wealthy. As a business owner myself, I couldn't believe the lack of customer service and uncaring attitude. They've also refused to pay their taxes according to the MO DOV and their tax license is revoked. NOT a healthy business for this community!

Two booths were license capable and they made no effort to try to work the other computer. The workers gossip about other co workers, customers, and chit chat about thanksgiving and Christmas plans. All while more than five people were waiting. Horribly un professional. All the women act like they dont want to be there.
