spent $1000 on this guys products over the phone and paid for 2 day shipping and received items over a week late!!! tried calling the company several times and could not make contact with for several days. finally i had to call investigators in moberly to go and have this guy call me back. . . what do ya know. . . he called with in the hour. finally when i open the packages there was not one shred of packaging material in these boxes contacting computers!!! he also told me everything was matching in which there was nothing matching!!! this company is a one man company with what i assume is his girlfriend (no commonsense either) and will not last. do not buy!!! scam is all it is. check out the bbb website and see all the complaints this guy has brought read more

I bought a computer from these guys on Amazon. Wonderful system, great support. I had an issue with a virus in which I contacted support for and they remotely logged into the system and fixed the issue I had. They didn't charge me for it and were quite helpful and best of all spoke English. IKR, a computer company where I didn't have to wait on hold and there tech support wasn't was located in India. I stopped there store the other day after I spilled some soda on my laptop. I didn't know if it damaged it or not. They took a look at it and cleaned it up a bit. I received the computer back later that day. They charged me $45 for the cleaning which I thought was reasonable. I haven't had any issues with it since.
