While the work itself was acceptable, the behavior of one of the young men on the job site was absolutely unacceptable. I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.

I had Cornelius Electric replace my out dated electrical panel in order for me to accommodate a…read moreportable generator. Electricians Briar and Zachary took to task replacing the panel. Briar was an extremely pleasant young man and exceptionally knowledgeable. Both he and Zachary were professionals and did an outstanding job. This is not to say there were not unforeseen issues. A wrong main breaker was dispatched with the panel assembly and a temporary fix was done to maintain power. Both electricians and Cornelius worked through this to get the correct part and get the job done in a timely manner. In the end, i was very happy with the job and highly recommend this company. Also, they honor veterans and gave a very generous military discount to which i was truly grateful. All interactions with this company were positive.

Bill was prompt and detailed in his inspection, explaining everything as he went, the good, the bad, the ugly. Bill traced the problem down and suggested how to relate the technical aspects to FPL, because he suspected the problem was at the pole (which it was). His advice made it easy to communicate with FPL. I've finally found my electrician; I'll call no one else from now on. Thank you, Space Coast Electric.

We were able to arrange for my mom to be at my home since I would be at work and also discussed fee-free forms of payment that I could make while not being present (ZelleQuickPay). The entire process was so simple and relaxed; which was a huge relief since I had no idea what to expect when needing an electrician and I could do was pray about it. Ed showed up right on time and my mom said he was so nice and professional that he was just great; I felt the same about my interaction with his wife over the phone. Ed was able to figure out my heated up burn smell of an outlet problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. The communication, interaction, professionalism and expertise was absolutely exceptional from ENK Electrical Services. Thank you for being such a blessing that I truly appreciate it. I suggest that anyone with electrical concerns or needs reach out to ENK Electrical Services right away, you will not be disappointed. I know this review is very long but I have to share my experience with others so you can all know that ENK Electrical Services is a trustworthy openhearted mom & pops business that is so worth bragging about. So very thankful, Michelle

We made the appointment on 1/5 to have them here on 1/13 between 1 and 2PM. No one ever showed up. Called and we were told "oh we thought it was NEXT Friday". So we rescheduled for today, 1/16 since we were both off work for the holiday. The electricians came out and said "oh we don't have the parts to do the installation since you need four adapters for the fixture cups". They said they'd need to order the parts & rescheduled for this Friday, 1/20. At this point we called and cancelled. Don't want to chance on being stood up again OR have a half-assed installation. At NO point did they try to make things right in the form of a discount, just a half-hearted "sorry, maybe next time". Do NOT go with these people unless you want a lot of aggravation included in the price.
