I had called other electrician companies and all their emergency service appointments were all booked up. Calling Vaccarella Electric Services should have been my first call. Roberto picked up and wanted to solve the issue immediately over the phone. My initial diagnosis was completely off and in less than 3 minutes Roberto was able to determine the issue based on what I told him and answering his questions of what I saw.
